Your role: Lead and optimize the end-to-end demand planning process, developing accurate and timely forecasts that incorporate market dynamics, consumer trends, customer insights, and business objectives across assigned product categories. Partner closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive consensus demand planning, align supply and demand, and ensure demand plans are updated in support of business planning cycles and strategic decision-making. Develop and refine demand planning models, tools, and analytical frameworks, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to improve forecast accuracy, anticipate demand fluctuations, and optimize inventory management. Analyze internal and external data and key performance indicator trends to identify risks, supply chain disruptions, and process improvement opportunities; develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
