About the Team The Ona team at OpenAI is helping build the software factory for the enterprise. We build infrastructure that enables AI agents to work in secure, customer-controlled cloud environments, with the context, tools, and controls they need to make progress across the software lifecycle—beyond a single developer’s laptop or active session. Our focus is helping enterprises move from experimenting with agents to using them reliably in production. That means solving challenging problems in cloud environments, orchestration, security, and collaboration, while making the experience straightforward for the people directing and reviewing the work. We’re a team that values initiative, close relationships with customers, and exceptional engineering craft. We take ownership, learn quickly, and communicate directly and kindly. About the Role We’re hiring backend-focused Product Engineers across our platform and security product teams. You’ll build infrastructure and customer-facing workflows that let developers and AI agents work reliably in parallel. You’ll work primarily in Go on APIs, complex networking, development environments, and orchestration for long-running tasks. You’ll own outcomes from understanding a user’s problem and choosing an approach through shipping, operating, and improving the solution, working closely with frontend, infrastructure, and security engineers. In this role, you will: Work directly with customers to build developer and security workflows, from getting a project running to investigating findings, reviewing agent-generated changes, and verifying fixes. Build Go services and APIs for provisioning cloud environments, running agents in customer infrastructure, and integrating with source control, CI, and other developer tools. Design reliable orchestration for long-running, parallel work, including durable state, retries, cancellation, and recovery. Build security into execution workflows through clear permissions, credential handling, is

About the Team Like every team at OpenAI, the Marketing team contributes to our broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of AI. With that aim in mind, we are responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for OpenAI’s products and platform amongst our core audiences. We take a data-driven approach to understand our customers' needs and challenges, ensuring that their voices are reflected in product development and messaging. We then partner closely with product, engineering, developer relations, comms, and sales teams to create a cohesive customer experience across all our channels. Our focus extends beyond just promoting product features; we aim to provide valuable insights and resources that help our users make the most out of AI technologies. About the Role We’re looking for a Startup Content Marketing Manager who loves technology and wants to work closely with the founders building new products and companies with OpenAI. At OpenAI, you’ll work inside the company building the models and directly with founders turning those capabilities into new products and companies. About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's blog, newsletter, and content programs need an owner — someone who can walk into ambiguity, decide what needs to exist, and just start making it happen. This is a self-starter role in the truest sense: no one is handing you a content calendar and asking you to fill it in, you're the one building the calendar. You should be quick with a draft and quicker to ship it — bias to action over polished process. You're technically savvy enough to keep up with a developer audience and write about our product credibly (or make an exec sound like they wrote it themselves). And you're proactive: you see the narrative before anyone asks you to go find it. You'll work collaboratively with Growth, Comms, PMM, and DevEx, with real ownership and editorial judgment to know what's worth writing and what isn't. In this role you will Co-lead blog strategy. About Datalab Datalab trains models that read documents reliably at scale. The world’s most important information is trapped in PDFs, scans, and files that can’t easily be parsed, and getting it out correctly matters. From frontier AI labs like Anthropic to Fortune 500s like Siemens, Datalab is where businesses turn when extraction has to be right. We hit an 8-figure run rate with a team of 7. We have hundreds of customers across FAANG, frontier AI labs, healthcare, finance, government, and legal. Our tools - chandra, surya, marker, and lift - have 70,000+ GitHub stars, millions of monthly downloads, and broad developer mindshare. We’re backed by founding members of OpenAI, FAIR, and Hugging Face. Role Overview Marketing at Datalab already has real infrastructure behind it. We run a combined launch and content calendar with a defined playbook - channels, owners, and cadence for every release - and we ship two to three launches a week against it. No one here works on marketing full-time, so nobody owns the larger question of how we show up when a developer, a buyer, or an AI agent goes looking for a document parser. You’d be our first dedicated marketing hire. You’d inherit a working system rather than a blank page, and the job is to make it run reliably, then make it considerably more ambitious. The natural place to build from is our open source work, which reaches a wide audience and currently does less for us than it could. This is a hands-on role. On a team of 7, you’ll write the blog post, draft the tweets, restructure the docs page, brief the agency if we hire one, and pull the numbers yourself. We’re looking for someone who has done this work somewhere it was done well, and who wants to keep doing it rather than direct someone else who does. There is strong potential for this to grow into a leadership role as we hire more people into the marketing team. An increasing share of our buyers never touch a search results page; they ask a model. We want someone who t
