About the Team The Agent Post-Training team creates the frontier agents OpenAI ships to the world. We are training the models behind our agents in Codex, ChatGPT, the API, and other frontier products: persistent, proactive intelligence that can operate computers, collaborate with people and other agents, and expand what people and organizations can imagine, attempt, and achieve. We define what the next generation of agents should be able to do, build the training signal that teaches those abilities, and run the experiments that make them real. Our work spans coding, tool use, computer use, multi-agent coordination, long-horizon execution, factuality, instruction following, calibrated reasoning, and taste. Our team is where new model capabilities get made. We build the data, environments, graders, training methods, and feedback loops that shape what OpenAI's next agents can do, then carry those capabilities through major training runs and into the products people use. About the Role As a member of Agent Post-Training, Artifacts, you will train frontier models to create polished, useful work products: documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, dashboards, reports, analyses, and other interactive or editable artifacts. You will help teach our models to move from a vague user goal to a finished artifact with strong structure, visual taste, domain judgment, correctness, and low latency. This work will require owning improvements across our post-training stack, including RL, data pipelines, graders, reward signals, evals, and behavioral analysis. You will work with researchers, engineers, product teams, infrastructure teams, and safety/alignment partners to decide what should go into major model runs, measure whether it worked, and ship improvements into products used by real people. This is a high-agency role for people who want their work to land directly in frontier models. In this role, you will: Design and run experiments that improve agentic model behavior for complex so

About the Team Security is at the foundation of OpenAI’s mission to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Secure Manufacturing & Stealth (SMS) team protects OpenAI’s most sensitive product, manufacturing, launch, and partnership work from theft, leakage, espionage, and unauthorized disclosure. We operate across physical, digital, human, and third-party domains, building practical protections that allow teams to move quickly while preserving strict need-to-know controls. About the Role We are seeking a senior Secure Manufacturing & Stealth Partner to serve as the dedicated SMS owner for Marketing. This person will build trusted relationships across Marketing, understand launches and sensitive information flows, identify secrecy risks early, and embed practical controls into planning, creative production, events, agencies, vendors, media, and executive communications. The role owns the Marketing relationship while coordinating shared SMS capabilities when investigative, prototype-handling, regional, or other specialist support is needed. In this role you will: Serve as the primary SMS Partner and trusted adviser to Marketing, building a deep understanding of its priorities, planning cycles, launches, events, external partners, and sensitive information flows. Identify secrecy and information-exposure risks early, then translate SMS requirements into practical controls that protect sensitive work without unnecessarily slowing execution. Build, document, and socialize durable operating mechanisms for compartmentalization, need-to-know access, agencies and vendors, sensitive creative production, events, demonstrations, launch preparation, codenames, watermarking, and password controls. Assess and approve Marketing systems and information workflows, identify gaps or duplication, establish secure handling requirements, and advise AI-native Marketing initiatives on permissions, data governance, and operational tracking. What you’ll do Own day-to-day operations for the scanner program and scanner builds in the spa: purchasing/procurement, vendor management, receiving, inventory, and logistics. Stand up lightweight production operations as we move from prototypes to repeatable builds: build planning, kitting, work instructions, and readiness checklists. Partner with Quality to ensure the operational system supports compliance: traceability, document control, training records, NCR/CAPA workflows, and audit readiness. Drive cross-functional execution for the physical spa build-out and scanner integration: schedules, dependencies, risk register, and weekly coordination with vendors and internal teams. Own the “integration glue” across facilities + device ops: commissioning plans, acceptance criteria, and operational handoff (runbooks, maintenance, spares, escalation paths). Build and track operational metrics: cost, budget, lead times, vendor performance, build throughput, and reliability of critical subsystems. Audit of import/export documentation, management of contract renewals, regulatory compliance. What we’re looking for Proven operations leadership in hardware/medical/robotics (or similarly complex electromechanical products), including procurement and vendor management. Strong program management instincts: can run schedules, unblock cross-functional dependencies, and keep priorities clear under ambiguity. Comfort operating in quality/regulatory environments and building processes that are rigorous without slowing a small team. High ownership and bias to action: can jump between spreadsheets, docks, and the lab/site to keep the program moving. Useful experience Experience running prototype-to-production transitions (NPI, EVT/DVT/PVT-style builds, CM/EMS collaboration). Facilities / construction operations experience (GC coordination, MEP commissioning, site readiness). Familiarity with inventory systems and procurement tooling (even “simple but disciplined”).

You will explain why adoption succeeds or stalls and identify the product, enablement, and commercial interventions most likely to create durable usage. This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role. You will work through imperfect telemetry, overlapping product surfaces, evolving definitions, and ambiguous business questions. You will partner closely with GTM, Product, Finance, Research, Customer Deployment, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science. Your work is successful when it changes a product, GTM, or investment decision. In This Role, You Will Define a trusted measurement framework for knowledge-worker adoption, including identity, eligible populations, activation, retained usage, penetration, workflow depth, feature adoption, and monetization. Map the knowledge-worker journey from initial exposure through first successful task, repeated workflows, multi-surface usage, and durable adoption. Identify which personas, functions, use cases, product capabilities, and account conditions are associated with deep and retained usage. Design and evaluate experiments and quasi-experiments across onboarding, enablement, wo

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's Revenue Operations team is built around three pillars — Analytics, GTM Technology, and Deal Desk — and we're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager who will work across all three. This isn't a role where you sit at the end of the sales process waiting for deals to land in your queue. We want someone who is curious about why deals are structured the way they are, who spots inefficiencies before anyone else does, and who sees our CPQ and Salesforce environment as a system to be improved, not just operated. Roughly half your time will be deal desk ownership while the other half is the broader rev ops surface area — process design, systems and tooling, reporting and insights, and the cross-functional projects that keep sales, finance, and marketing running off the same playbook. Across both, your mandate is the same: reduce friction, automate the routine, and make more of the work self-service for reps. This role is an opportunity to grow into a deep operator and systems thinker. If you're someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, who gets excited about eliminating the manual step that shouldn't exist in the first place, this is the job. In This Role You Will Own Deal Desk - end-to-end processing of deals — including quote creation, discount review, order form generation, and approval routing — with minimal escalation and fast turnaround. Become an expert in our CPQ system and Salesforce integration– not just as a user, but as a critical voice for what should change. Document pain points, propose solutions, and work alongside our GTM Tech team to drive improvements. Help design and implement self-servi
