Job Requisition ID # 26WD101069 Position Overview The Customer Adoption Specialist for Industrialized Construction ensures a high-quality product experience is delivered to customers as they learn, adopt, and use Autodesk’s Informed Design workflows through virtual, in-person, and on-demand content and interactions with the Adoption Team. As a Customer Adoption Specialist, you will help ensure the success of our customers’ ability to adopt new industrialized construction technology at all levels of formal Autodesk engagement. You will communicate product value appropriate for each prospect of Autodesk’s solution and lead the early stages of customer adoption activities, including lead qualification, discovery and demo sessions, and industry event support. You will also oversee the content development practice for customers and partners, design integrated, omni-channel, audience-centric content plans, complete tasks to improve content, and collaborate across teams to improve content experiences that drive customer adoption and success.
