The Chat and Multimodal Safety team is responsible for ensuring that OpenAI’s increasingly multimodal models and products behave safely across these experiences. We develop the research, training methods, and evaluations needed to make these experiences safe. About the Role As a Researcher on the Chat and Multimodal Safety team, you will help shape how frontier models perceive and reason the world, and translate that understanding into safe behavior.
