About the Team The Scaling team is responsible for the architectural and engineering backbone of OpenAI’s infrastructure. We design and deliver advanced systems that support the deployment and operation of cutting-edge AI models. Our work spans system software, networking, platform architecture, fleet-level monitoring, and performance optimization. About the Role We’re hiring an SW Engineer to enable production workloads and end-to-end testing on new platforms. This role will include creating new test harnesses and platform stress benchmarks, porting existing inference and training workloads to new, sometimes early-access, systems/hardware, analyzing performance and bottlenecks, and characterizing the end-to-end behavior of new systems (compute, comms, storage, control plane, and failure modes). Key Responsibilities Port and validate key inference and training workloads on new platforms/SKUs as they arrive; drive correctness, performance, and stability to an internal readiness bar. Build a suite of benchmarks and stress tests that capture real E2E behavior of our workloads by exercising all aspects of a system, including CPU, GPU, memory subsystem, frontend, scale-up, and scale-out networking (including WAN traffic, NVlink and RDMA collectives), storage, thermals, and any other relevant parts. Deep-dive performance on distributed training/inference: Collective performance and tuning (across NCCL/RCCL and internal libraries) Overlap of compute/communication, kernel-level bottlenecks, memory bandwidth and scheduling effects Create repeatable test harnesses that run in CI / lab environments and produce actionable outputs (pass/fail, performance score, regression detection). Partner with systems + fleet bring-up engineers to ensure the platform is not only stable and performant, but also operationally usable and scalable (containerization, K8s integration, telemetry hooks, failure triage loops). Work cross-functionally with vendors and internal stakeholders by producing

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and sales craft. You build hands-on labs and technical content that SEs can use the next day, and you design methodology-grounded sales training that sharpens AEs' sales skills. You are the connector between Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Field Sales, and the person who makes sure capability actually changes. In this role, you will Act as a strategic enablement business partner for Sales, Services Delivery, and Sales Engineering leadership alike, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes, prescribing targeted interventions, and measuring whether capability actually changed Own programs end-to-end , spanning ideation, content creation, delivery, measurement, and iteration. The Datadog for Startups (DDFS) program helps the next generation of fast-scaling companies adopt best-in-class observability and security from day one. We're looking for the technical engine of this program - someone who can sit across from a startup CTO, earn credibility in the first five minutes, and help them see how Datadog fits into their stack before they've even finished describing it. You'll be the first technical member on a lean, five-person team, owning the technical motion end-to-end: discovery calls, demos, startup enablement, forward-deployed engineering projects, and representing Datadog at founder events across San Francisco. This isn't a traditional SE seat - it's part solutions architect, part technical consultant, part startup evangelist, and it requires someone adaptable, proactive, and ready to take initiative without being told what to do next. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Run discovery calls with startup CTOs and engineering leads to identify quick wins, validate technical needs, and position Datadog against alternatives like Grafana, New Relic, Sentry, and Clickhouse Deliver tailored Datadog demos and help startups get instrumented quickly - removing friction, showcasing value, and ensuring smooth technical onboarding, particularly around AI/ML observability, infrastructure scaling, and security Build automation to improve internal team workflows - EX: outreach, reporting, the application process, and website updates Represent Datadog for Startups at accelerator demo days, hackathons, conferences, founder dinners, and workshops across San Francisco Build relationships across SF's startup ecosystem - founders, VCs, accelerator partners, and technical communities - and develop thought leadership content for tech

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: Own how our Foundations business teams design, automate, and operate their most important workflows. Notion is growing quickly, and the processes that run our business — intake, triage, execution, approvals, escalations, reporting — need to scale without adding headcount or losing auditability. This role exists to redesign those processes end to end and to embed AI directly into them, so the work moves faster and the system stays trustworthy. What's different at Notion: you'll build on Notion as customer zero. You'll design multi-system workflows spanning Notion, Slack, email, support tooling, and internal data, then ship the custom agents, skills, and automations that run them — partnering with Finance, Legal, People, Ops, Data, and Engineering to drive real adoption, not just documentation. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Redesign cross-f

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to actively shape how Engineering, one of the most important parts of how Datadog develops its people. You'll sit at the center of Datadog's biggest talent bets for Engineering: how we build leaders, define career paths and org design, evolve performance, move talent internally, and plan succession for our most critical roles. You’ll own this work end to end, from the first framing conversation with senior leaders through to delivering a program running at scale. AI is changing how Engineering builds software, and it is changing how People builds the programs that support Engineering too. This role sits at the centre of both: understanding how AI is reshaping engineering roles, skills and structures, and building AI-powered solutions within People to keep pace. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Design and lead complex talent programmes for Engineering, spanning leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility and succession for critical roles. Partner directly with PBPs and senior leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear programme goals, design principles and success measures. Help Engineering and People understand and respond to how AI is reshaping roles, skills and ways of working, and translate that shift into practical talent and org design choices. Stay hands-on from concept through to adoption: this is a build and run role, not a strategy and handover role. Work across Enablement, Learning, People Analytics and People Systems so what you build scales and embeds into core people processes. Equip PBPs with frameworks, tools and executive-ready narratives that support real adoption in the business. Operate in ambiguity and influe
