Business Systems drives efficiency across Datadog through business process analysis, systems automation and integrations, AI agent and MCP development, and vendor/software review. The team is increasingly embedded in cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, GTM , Legal, Recruiting, and Technical Solutions — translating ambiguous business problems into scoped, buildable solutions and owning delivery end-to-end. This is not a generalist BSA role. Each Senior BSA will own a cluster of business functions end-to-end, acting as an internal product manager for their domain rather than processing inbound requests reactively. There are two openings, each covering a different domain: People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement As the role evolves alongside AI, Senior BSAs leverage agentic tools for data aggregation and context gathering while remaining the critical human-in-the-loop layer — owning business context and product outlook, validating use cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and making the judgment calls agents can't. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Discovery and scoping: Translate ambiguous asks from business stakeholders into well-defined requirements that Business Systems Engineers can build against. Many stakeholders don't know what they want or the cross-functional impact of what they're asking for — you surface both before engineering begins. Cross-functional visibility: Identify dependencies, downstream impacts, and integration considerations that requesting teams miss. Proactive opportunity identification: Develop deep domain knowledge to identify automation and AI opportunities before they become inbound requests, shifting the team from reactive in

About the Team OpenAI’s Platform and Infrastructure Engineering organization advances the mission of deploying artificial general intelligence (AGI) for the benefit of all by delivering secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. Our team builds and maintains robust infrastructure that safeguards OpenAI’s data and systems while ensuring employees are well-equipped and seamlessly connected. By prioritizing security, reliability, and user-centric solutions, we empower OpenAI employees to drive impactful AI research, corporate operations, and product innovation. About the Role As a Software Engineer: Internal Applications, Enterprise, you will build internal products that make technology support and administration safer, faster, and less dependent on manual intervention. You will help reduce reliance on broadly privileged human actions, turn recurring technology problems into paved paths, and build agentic systems that can help resolve tickets end to end. A core part of the role is building the interfaces that bring employees, AI agents, and human responders together in a shared ITSM experience, with the right context, controls, and handoffs at each step. We are seeking engineers who enjoy working across frontend and backend layers on ambiguous, high-leverage enterprise problems. You should bring strong product judgment, solid backend engineering fundamentals, and an interest in building software that changes how technology support, system administration, and agent-assisted operations are delivered. The best fit will care as much about the quality of the operator and employee experience as the correctness of the backend systems behind it. In this role, you will: Build frontend experiences that let employees request help, let agents gather context and take safe actions, and let human responders review, approve, or take over without losing the thread. Reduce reliance on broadly privileged manual actions by replacing them with narrow, auditable, policy-aware aut

About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. About the Role Ema sells through two motions that behave very differently, and today they share one pipeline, one CRM, and one forecast. Direct enterprise — field Account Executives landing Fortune 2000 logos at $250K+ initial contract value and expanding past $500K, into buying committees that include IT, security, data governance, and procurement. Partner-led — global systems integrators and ISVs, including Teleperformance, PwC, Wipro, NTT Data, Hitachi, KPMG, Atos, ADP, Microsoft, and Google, who deploy Ema's Frontier Apps to their own clients. In some cases the partner embeds Ema inside their own product and owns the end-client relationship entirely. Those two motions require different definitions, different attribution rules, and different quota treatment. Building that distinction — and the systems, reporting, and compensation logic that sit on top of it — is the core of this role. This is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire supporting the US go-to-market organization. You will be building the function, not maintaining one. What You Will Own Forecasting and pipeline management Own the weekly forecast process and cadence across direct and partner motions, and report fo

This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, ensuring that our critical business systems — including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and an expanding portfolio of AI-powered workloads — are deployed consistently, operate resiliently, and scale with the business. You will partner closely with Business Systems developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain the pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational standards that keep our GTM systems healthy and our release cycles fast and predictable. As our team builds and deploys AI agents across GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, you will serve as the infrastructure and deployment owner for these workloads — bringing engineering discipline to an environment where AI-generated code is increasingly entering production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and brings a software engineering mindset to business application operations — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org. Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Release Engineering Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX/Salesforce CLI), NetSuite (SuiteScript/SuiteBundler), MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), and Workato; establish branching strategies, environment promotion standards, and release gatin
