Responsibilities: Resolve recipe issues with line monitoring, analyze tools, identify root cause, and intensify to process engineering teams. Engage process areas regarding measurement and inspection recipe related investigations and works with their engineering teams to identify plan of action. Involves themselves in fab-wide events that may have impacted production quality. Can organize and drive RDA/Metrology shift actions to respond to such events! Works with first shift engineers to understand recipe related concerns and is involved in execution of shift actions that are associated with such work.
