About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role We are hiring a Software Engineer to build systems across Fraud, UIM (User & Identity Management), and Identity. This role sits at the intersection of security, risk decisioning, and product experience. You will help build detection and enforcement capabilities for fraud and account takeover, as well as the identity primitives that power authentication, authorization, and safe account access. This work is deeply cross-functional. You will partner closely with Fraud Ops, Risk Strategy, Security, Product, and Data to ship improvements that are measurable in loss reduction, attack containment, and user experience. What You’ll Do Build and evolve backend services that detect and prevent fraud across multiple surfaces, including account access and money movement. Develop enforcement and response tooling that enables fast, safe actions such as identity locks, business locks, payment freezes, and other containment levers. Improve protections against account takeover (ATO), including risk-based step-ups, monitoring, and targeted friction

About the Role The Engineering Platform team helps 300+ Ramp engineers move faster without breaking things. We work across the full software development lifecycle, including local development, CI/CD, testing, service frameworks, reliability, architecture, performance, and maintenance. Platform engineers on this team do not wait for a roadmap to be handed to them. They find high-leverage problems, validate them with engineers and data, ship solutions, and iterate until those solutions are trusted, adopted, and durable. Agentic development has expanded our mission. We are building the systems that let engineers and AI agents work together effectively in Ramp’s large, complex codebases: clear abstractions, orchestration, reliable workflows, fast feedback loops, and strong guardrails are now even more important. These platform investments unlock agentic workflows that can plan, execute, test, review, and ship meaningful changes, helping every engineer and agent at Ramp maximize their impact. About the role Sentry provides tools that help developers find and fix issues in their applications. The Developer Infrastructure team owns the systems that make every engineer at Sentry more effective at shipping high quality software: developer environments, CI/CD for our open source and closed source codebases, the golden path for building new services, our SDK and library publishing tooling, and the metrics and dashboards that keep it all healthy. Our goal is straightforward: developers should spend their time thinking about the software they build for customers, not the software they use to build it. That means everything from local and cloud development environments, to the CI/CD pipeline that gets code out safely and quickly, to the tooling that catches flaky tests before they cost someone a day. As AI coding agents become part of how engineers work, we're also investing in making sure our environments, CI, and deployment systems support that shift. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry's Revenue Operations team is built around three pillars — Analytics, GTM Technology, and Deal Desk — and we're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager who will work across all three. This isn't a role where you sit at the end of the sales process waiting for deals to land in your queue. We want someone who is curious about why deals are structured the way they are, who spots inefficiencies before anyone else does, and who sees our CPQ and Salesforce environment as a system to be improved, not just operated. Roughly half your time will be deal desk ownership while the other half is the broader rev ops surface area — process design, systems and tooling, reporting and insights, and the cross-functional projects that keep sales, finance, and marketing running off the same playbook. Across both, your mandate is the same: reduce friction, automate the routine, and make more of the work self-service for reps. This role is an opportunity to grow into a deep operator and systems thinker. If you're someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, who gets excited about eliminating the manual step that shouldn't exist in the first place, this is the job. In This Role You Will Own Deal Desk - end-to-end processing of deals — including quote creation, discount review, order form generation, and approval routing — with minimal escalation and fast turnaround. Become an expert in our CPQ system and Salesforce integration– not just as a user, but as a critical voice for what should change. Document pain points, propose solutions, and work alongside our GTM Tech team to drive improvements. Help design and implement self-servi
