In this role, you’ll own the infrastructure, compliance, and programs that let Ramp employ people anywhere in the world - building the policies and playbooks for each new country. You’ll own the individual visa and relocation cases as well as building the scalable processes, policies, and vendor partnerships behind them. You’ll work across Legal, Finance, Payroll, People, Recruiting, and external counsel to make complex requirements clear, compliant, and easy to navigate. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone who brings strong judgment, follows through, and consistently finds ways to simplify and improve how the work gets done.
