Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation. About The Role Replit is where millions of people learn to build software - and our documentation and learning content are where they get going or give up. We're taking ownership of that experience, and we're looking for a Learning Experience Creator who can make it worthy of the product: someone who turns product knowledge into experiences people actually use - clear written docs, guided learning, short video, interactive experiences - findable at the moment of need, accurate every time, and genuinely enjoyable. You're a learning-experience creator first. You understand how people actually learn a product - what they're trying to accomplish, where they get stuck, what format serves each moment - and you move fluidly between writing a crisp help article, designing a hands-on walkthrough, and producing a short video. Underneath it all, you're a storyteller: you know how to earn attention in the first few seconds, hold it against real-world attention spans, and make ideas stick - and sometimes make something people can't help but share. You're also a builder: unafraid to try new formats and experiment, you read the data and listen to customers, and you continually improve and evolve with speed as our product evolves. You'll turn complex things into simple, useful experiences, and you'll own how well they land. The Mission : help every user - external customers and internal teams - self-serve to reach their creative and business goals, with content so good, so current, and so findable that they don't need to open a ticket. Success looks like real ticket deflection, faster activation, and high CSAT. What You'll Own New documentation and learning content. You'll populate our documentation and learning surfaces with new, acc

As a core partner to the GTM organization, you will address both foundational and ad hoc analytics needs. You will turn complex data into clear narratives that help technical and non-technical audiences understand what is happening, why it matters, and what they should do next. In This Role, You Will Partner closely with GTM teams to proactively identify high-impact questions and translate business needs into data models, metrics, analyses, and scalable technical solutions. Define, source, validate, and operationalize the metrics that guide the business, helping teams incorporate them into planning and day-to-day decisions. Lead cross-functional data projects across established and emerging business areas, including setting the data strategy for greenfield domains. Build scalable data models and pipelines that integrate and transform data from multiple sources into trusted, accessible datasets. Create dashboards, reports, analytical tools, and other data products that enable stakeholders to answer questions independently. Own the lifecycle of metrics, analytical models, and data products from initial exploration and prototyping through production and ongoing maintenance. Choose the most effective approach for each problem—whether an analysis, metric, data model, visualization, or self-service product—based on the audience, urgency, complexity, and expected v

The programs this team runs touch every function in TS, and the operating model you build will define how that scales. We're looking for a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the TSO Program Management team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll own the programs that shape how TS operates at scale, lead a team of technical program managers, and serve as a peer to the Directors and VPs who run the teams you support. Your counterparts are leaders overseeing hundreds of customer-facing technical professionals, and your role is to successfully interface with each organization with proactive solutions on how your team can help them be more effective. This is a rare opportunity to lead a function where the output isn't a deliverable, it's organizational capability.
