About the Team Ramp builds software that moves real money — corporate cards, bill payments, reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Premier Support is the dedicated support team for Ramp's largest and most complex customers - the Enterprise and Strategic accounts running global, multi-entity finance operations on Ramp. Our specialists support these accounts with real depth: they know the businesses, stakeholders, and systems, and they're the people the customer comes to when something matters. It's high-touch, relationship-led support. About the Role Ramp is hiring an Associate Manager to lead Premier Support. This is a small team of senior specialists - six today, scaling meaningfully, who are the daily point of contact for the accounts Ramp can least afford to get wrong. About the Role As a Product Manager at Ramp, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ramp’s international payments products. You will lead a core team of engineers and designers to build and scale global money movement capabilities that enable our customers to pay vendors, employees, and partners around the world. You’ll own a critical set of customer and business problems at the intersection of payments, compliance, risk, and FX — driving end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution to power Ramp’s global expansion and meet ambitious company goals. This role is responsible for helping lead our domestic marketing media capital allocation engine, and launching it internationally. You’ll own channels like Linear TV, YouTube, and Out-of-Home, and work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Equity Operations to oversee the company’s global equity programs and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and scalability as we continue to grow. This role will sit within the Finance organization and partner closely with Legal, People, and external vendors to manage all aspects of our equity lifecycle from issuance and reporting to governance and employee education. You’ll serve as the subject-matter expert on all things related to stock administration, with ownership of the processes that support our equity platform, financial reporting, and employee experience.
