This leader will partner with the VP of Global Renewals and the Renewals Leadership Team to translate business priorities into a scalable global renewal model — connecting process, people, data, technology, and enablement to improve retention, growth, predictability, and seller effectiveness. The role sits at the intersection of Renewals Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Finance, Marketing, Partners, and Technology.
