What You'll Do Drive reporting & analytics — Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, forecast, quota attainment, and funnel conversion; deliver regular reporting to sales leadership Support forecasting — Prepare and validate the data behind weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast calls Design sales processes — Improve territory planning, lead routing, deal desk operations, and quote-to-cash workflows Support compensation & quota planning — Model commission plans, calculate payouts, and assist with quota-setting analysis alongside Finance Partner cross-functionally — Work with Marketing, Customer Success/RevOps, and Finance
