About the Team The Ecosystem AI Deployment Engineering (ADE) team supports strategic partners as they build high-quality technical integrations into ChatGPT and Codex. Our goal is to create products users depend on, drive adoption and retention, and build an ecosystem where partners win when OpenAI wins. About the Role We are looking for an AI Deployment Engineer to help strategic partners design, build, evaluate, submit, launch, and maintain high-utility plugins for ChatGPT and Codex. This is a hands-on, partner-facing product engineering role for someone who can contribute to the platform itself, lead sophisticated partner engagements, and translate ambiguous product needs into production-ready integrations. You will work across partner product and engineering teams and OpenAI's product, engineering, partnerships, legal, policy, design, and go-to-market teams. You will identify the right use cases, prototype and review implementations, run evaluations, debug issues across systems, guide partners through submission and review, and support launch and post-launch iteration. The best person for this role moves fluidly between code, product judgment, project leadership, and clear communication with engineers and executives. This role is a fit for a product minded engineer who wants to stay close to users and partners while still going deep on code, reliability, evaluations, and developer experience. The goal is to help partners ship plugins that are not merely technically functional, but genuinely useful in ChatGPT and Codex. This role is based in our San Francisco office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Own the technical partner journey for priority B2B plugins—from pitch and readiness assessment through architecture, build, evaluation, submission, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Identify strong plugin use cases, define crisp user journeys and expected behaviors, and

About the Team OpenAI’s Applied AI Engineering team helps organizations turn frontier AI capabilities into safe, reliable, and high-impact production systems. We work with customer executives, product and engineeriIng teams, security leaders, and transformation teams to identify valuable opportunities, accelerate technical implementation, and scale what works. Enterprise deployments are defined by complexity rather than any one industry: existing architectures, diverse data environments, security and governance requirements, multiple stakeholder groups, and organization-wide change. We turn lessons from these deployments into better products and reusable patterns for customers everywhere. About the Role As an Enterprise Applied AI Engineer you will partner directly with leading organizations to design, build, and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will combine deep technical judgment, hands-on engineering, and customer leadership to take ambitious ideas from use-case selection and architecture through prototyping, evaluation, production launch, and scale. You will write and debug code, build evaluation systems, resolve complex integrations, and guide decisions involving model behavior, reliability, latency, cost, safety, security, governance, and operational readiness. Success is measured by production systems, sustained adoption, and meaningful customer impact—not simply activity or successful demonstrations. This is a rare opportunity to work on consequential real-world deployments at the frontier of AI while directly influencing how OpenAI’s products evolve. This role is based in our SF or NYC office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Partner directly with enterprise customers to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into technical architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and measurable success criteri
About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. Customer Education plays an important role in that mission by helping people and organizations use increasingly capable AI systems effectively, responsibly, and with confidence. We create learning experiences, programs, and resources that help customers move from initial understanding to sustained use and measurable impact. As our products, audiences, and programs grow, we need an operating foundation that keeps the content portfolio trusted, clarifies complex work, and helps the team deliver at a consistently high standard. This role offers the opportunity to build the operational foundation behind education programs that shape how enterprises adopt frontier AI. About the Role We are looking for a strategic operator to own the operating system behind Customer Education. You will work at the center of content, systems, and team execution: owning the health of our education content portfolio, running the team’s operating rhythm, and translating evolving business needs into scalable workflows and system requirements. The right person will raise the quality of execution across Customer Education. You will bring order, judgment, and follow-through to a fast-moving environment, making the function easier to run, easier to trust, and easier to scale. In this role, you will: Own the health and integrity of the Customer Education content portfolio, including lifecycle, governance, discoverability, reuse, and meaningful gaps. Ensure customer-facing teams can confidently find and use the right education resources at the right time. Run the team’s operating rhythm across priorities, ownership, timelines, dependencies, decisions, launch readiness, and follow-through. Turn ambiguous cross-functional initiatives into clear plans, workflows, responsibilities, and decision points. Design scalable processes and handoffs for how education programs are created, launched, maintai

Our mission is to provide every developer and startup on the planet with the most delightful and seamless experience to integrate AI into their applications and products. We ensure developers have the tools, resources, and support they need to unlock AI’s full potential. We create inspiring demos, developer tools, sample applications, and technical content that show developers how to build with Codex and frontier models like GPT-5.6, GPT-Live, and GPT-Image-2 to create powerful agents and AI-native applications. We collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and GTM teams to ensure the developer journey, from onboarding with Codex to first API call to production deployment, is seamless, effective, and delightful. About the Role As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will create compelling technical content, developer tools, and sample applications designed to inspire developers and enable them to succeed with Codex and OpenAI’s APIs and products for developers. About The Team Our mission is to bring OpenAI products to life for every customer. Demo Experience equips customer-facing teams with the experiences, systems, and confidence to make frontier capabilities tangible, relevant, and trustworthy. OpenAI’s products and customer needs are evolving rapidly. Demo Experience closes the gap between a frontier capability and a credible customer experience—making new capabilities understandable, demonstrable, and reusable quickly at scale. Working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and GTM, we turn recurring customer needs into reusable capabilities and raise the standard for every customer conversation. About The Role Demo Experience Engineers work at the intersection of product engineering, technical storytelling, and GTM execution. You will also turn recurring patterns from customer-facing work into product feedback, launch-readiness improvements, and scalable systems. Success in this role means teams can demonstrate new capabilities sooner and with greater confidence. Recurring requests become reusable capabilities instead of one-off work. Demo experiences are accurate, reliable, and safe. Insights from customer-facing work improve product and readiness decisions. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In This Role, You Will Own end-to-end demo readiness for new and priority product capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, evaluations, reliability checks, and fallback paths. Build compelling prototypes, LLM agents, and reference flows that mak

This role is focused on helping customers evaluate OpenAI’s products in real-world contexts, identify high-value use cases, and generate clear, decision-ready signals tied to business value. You will design and lead pilot engagements that drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable impact across ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, and adjacent workflows. This includes partnering with customer stakeholders to define success criteria, guiding users from experimentation to real adoption, and translating pilot outcomes into clear recommendations that support expansion or purchase decisions. This role requires strong judgment, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a consistent focus on connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes. You will regularly engage both executive stakeholders and working teams, adapting your approach to meet customers where they are and move them forward. In this role, you will: Own the design and execution of enterprise AI pilots, including scoping, cohort definition, and success criteria aligned to a clear commercial decision. Identify and prioritize a small set of high-impact use cases that can generate credible signal within a 30–45 day pilot. Drive activation and sustained engagement across pilot cohorts through targeted enablement, office hours, and workflow-level coaching. B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. Meanwhile, the best product companies have raised everyone’s expectations for what business software can feel like: fast, opinionated, elegant, and genuinely useful. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward. They should have a bench of AI teammates that understands the account, knows what good looks like, and gets sharper every week. We’re looking for a founding staff designer to define what that feels like. This is not a role where you plug into a mature design system, clean product rituals, or a settled category. You’ll help invent the product language for AI-native GTM software: the interaction model, the creative standards, the feedback loops, the system, and the taste bar for what the agent produces. The design problem Our job is to make AI output that a great seller, marketer, or designer would actually be proud to put in front of a million-dollar account. That requires more than a chat box. It requires data, memory, taste, brand intelligence, workflow design, and a UI simple enough for every rep to use daily but powerful enough to support an entire revenue motion. Some of the questions you’ll help answer How should a seller direct an agent without becoming the agent’s project manager? How do we make generated work feel on-brand without making it dull? What does editing look like when the object is not a static page, but an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn? How do we give users confidence and control without burying them in settings? How do we turn taste into a system the product can improve over time? What you’ll work on P
About the Team The GTM Data Science team partners with Go-to-Market, Technical Success, Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Strategic Finance to build the shared intelligence layer for OpenAI's B2B business. The team turns product usage, customer behavior, revenue, field activity, and customer feedback into rigorous insight products that help leaders and field teams understand where customers are succeeding, where adoption is blocked, and what actions will accelerate durable growth. We are building systems that make customer intelligence proactive: surfacing risk, expansion potential, product gaps, and repeatable playbooks before they show up as escalations or missed opportunities. About the Role As the Applied Data Science & Insights Lead for GTM Intelligence Solutions and Technical Success, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for shaping how OpenAI measures, understands, and improves customer adoption across our B2B products. You will build AI/ML-powered intelligence products that connect account health, product usage, customer lifecycle, support tier, qualitative sentiment, commercial context, and field actions into a practical operating system for GTM and Technical Success. This role will build the data science foundation for Technical Success: defining the metrics, models, operating insights, and decision systems that help the team scale customer adoption and expansion with rigor. You will also be expected to build and lead a small mighty team over time: setting direction, hiring and developing talent, creating operating cadences, and holding a high bar for technical rigor and business impact. You will lead the development of models, metrics, and decision systems that recommend what GTM and Technical Success teams should do next, explain why, and measure whether those interventions worked. Your work will help customers move from pilots to production, deepen usage across products, identify high-value use cases, reduce churn risk, and create a f
About the Role As a member of the Data team within the Go-to-Market organization, you will help build a data-driven culture, improve decision-making, and advance strategic initiatives through analytics. This is a full-stack data role spanning data modeling, metric definition, visualization, analysis, and self-service tooling. You will build trusted, scalable data sources and products that give the business reliable, actionable insights. The work calls for judgment: you will choose the tool, approach, and level of investment that best fit each problem, from a focused analysis to a durable production data product. As a core partner to the GTM organization, you will address both foundational and ad hoc analytics needs. You will turn complex data into clear narratives that help technical and non-technical audiences understand what is happening, why it matters, and what they should do next. In This Role, You Will Partner closely with GTM teams to proactively identify high-impact questions and translate business needs into data models, metrics, analyses, and scalable technical solutions. Define, source, validate, and operationalize the metrics that guide the business, helping teams incorporate them into planning and day-to-day decisions. Lead cross-functional data projects across established and emerging business areas, including setting the data strategy for greenfield domains. Build scalable data models and pipelines that integrate and transform data from multiple sources into trusted, accessible datasets. Create dashboards, reports, analytical tools, and other data products that enable stakeholders to answer questions independently. Own the lifecycle of metrics, analytical models, and data products from initial exploration and prototyping through production and ongoing maintenance. Choose the most effective approach for each problem—whether an analysis, metric, data model, visualization, or self-service product—based on the audience, urgency, complexity, and expected v
