ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten's GTM org is in hyper growth. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field. The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them. You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast. You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't. RESPONSIBILITIES Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't. Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp's Brand team ships a high volume of ambitious creative across product launches, growth, events, customer marketing, and brand awareness. As the work has scaled, so has the need for a strong operating system around it. We're hiring a Director of Brand Operations to build that operating system: the processes, milestones, and cross-functional coordination that let a world-class creative team do its best work and ship fast. This is an operations role focused on how the work gets done; it is not a traditional production-management role. You'll be the operator who protects creatives from organizational swirl, sets clear ways of working, and fixes cross-functional breakdowns upstream so great ideas reach the world quickly. What You’ll Do Own and build the operating system for how Brand's creative gets produced. Build the brand operating system: the processes, milestones, and ways of working that turn creative direction into shipped work. Diagnose and fix bottlenecks across functions. VTS runs a complex, high-volume revenue motion — Salesforce CPQ feeding NetSuite via middleware, with mid-contract amendments involving upsells, cross-sells, volume changes, downgrades, and product churn happening continuously. The integration layer that connects these systems is functional but manual-heavy, underdocumented, and not built to scale. Furthermore, our CRM and CPQ system requires customization in order to optimize deal workflows to ensure accuracy and timely contract execution. This is not a Salesforce admin role with a developer title. We need someone who writes clean Apex, understands how CPQ order data needs to land in an ERP, knows what good middleware design looks like, and treats release management as a professional discipline — not an afterthought. Alongside our RevOps system team and Salesforce Architect, you'll work closely with our Finance and Sales teams. You will be one of the internal technical voice that evaluates and challenges what those partners propose — knowing when to push back when something is wrong. ** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. ** What you can expect as a Senior Salesforce & Integration Engineer: Salesforce / CPQ Own the technical customization and development of Salesforce — LWCs, Apex classes/triggers etc along with flows Manage the scaling of custom objects that drive pre/post sales teams in meeting customer needs and internal workflow management Write and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and flows that support Salesforce and CPQ business logic — with test classes that hit 90%+ coverage as a floor, not a ceiling Integration Architecture & Development Partner with third-party implementation firms on the integration build and growth connecting Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite — be the internal technical reviewer, not just the observer Own the internal integration layer as it matures: field
