About the Team The Corporate Development team sits at the intersection of OpenAI’s strategy and the global AI ecosystem. Partnering closely with research, engineering, product, GTM and business leaders, we analyze markets, technologies, and companies to identify opportunities that accelerate OpenAI’s mission and long-term strategy. Bringing together expertise in strategy, M&A, and integration, the team leads the end-to-end process of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and integrating acquisitions and other strategic transactions. About the Role This is a high-visibility, strategically critical, cross-functional role at the intersection of M&A execution, enterprise go-to-market, and operational excellence. You will lead the critical phase from diligence through integration planning and post-close follow-through, define repeatable integration playbooks, and partner directly with senior stakeholders to ensure each transaction delivers intended value. The ideal candidate brings structured, hands-on integration experience, with particular expertise in enterprise / B2B transactions and a passion for AI, including building an AI-native corp dev platform. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Lead integration planning and strategic execution for acquisitions from diligence through post-close follow-through, with clear owners, milestones, risks, and decision points. Translate deal rationale into practical integration goals and plans across product, engineering, sales, partnerships, customer success, people, finance, legal, security, systems, and communications. Partner with deal leads during evaluation and diligence to assess integration considerations, including tech stack, talent assessment, GTM alignment, transaction structure, operational readiness, and execution risk. ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a Procurement Lead to build Baseten's procurement function from the ground up. This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone who wants to define how a company runs procurement, not inherit an existing process. As the company scales across engineering, GTM, and corporate functions, we need to build purchasing workflows and vendor relationships. This is a rare, critical-moment hire: you'll set the leading-practice processes, systems, and policies that the company runs on as it continues to grow, with the mandate and dedicated focus to build something built to scale. This role exists to make procurement a source of leverage for the business, not friction. Your goal is to build scalable process, take on vendor management and RFP work that today sits informally with individual teams, and free up business owners' time and capacity, all while building the guardrails the company needs as it grows. You'll partner closely with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, IT, and business owners across the company, and you'll be judged on whether teams feel supported and unblocked, not slowed down. RESPONSIBILITIES Procurement Strategy and Process Design and implement Baseten's first company-wide procurement process, approval routing, and other workflows Establish procurement policies (spend thresholds, approval authority, competitive bidding requirements) tailored to a high-growth business Design pr

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Shipping great software is only half the battle. Getting it to the right customers, at the right time, in the right way, is where the real complexity lives. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline: the moment a feature is built to the moment it's successfully in customers' hands. This person will define what "good" looks like for product launches at Sentry, building the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that make every release more intentional, more coordinated, and more confident than the last. The foundation is there. Features ship. But the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and Sales needs someone who can see the whole system, diagnose what's broken, and build something durable. That's this role. If you're energized by ambiguity, love designing operating models, and want real ownership over a function that touches every team in the company, this is a rare opportunity to define the craft at a company that takes software quality seriously. What You'll Do Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry: the gates, the playbooks, the decision rights, and the rituals. You're not inheriting a fixed process; you're authoring it. Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to how Sentry uses early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts. Make sure the right customers get the right features at the right time, and that we're learning from every rollout. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Be the central coordinator who ensures Engineering,

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Enterprise is growing faster than any other part of the business, and the deals we close in the next twelve months do not just move a number. They shape where Ramp goes next. This is the marketing role at the center of that motion. As an Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will design and run high-impact campaigns for our most strategic accounts: the plays that open CFO doors, re-engage buying committees that have gone cold, and create bespoke moments that turn a stalled deal into a win. You will treat each account as its own market, building deeply customized programs that accelerate complex, multi-year enterprise commitments. In your first year, you will build the Marketing playbook for how Ramp wins strategic accounts, run campaigns you will be proud to put your name on, and influence pipeline directly. You will report to the Enterprise & Strategic ABM Lead and sit directly inside the sales process, working directly with senior GTM leadership on Ramp's most strategic and impactful accounts. What You'll Do Run high-impact named-ac
