What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the role Ramp already serves thousands of organizations in industries where financial operations work differently: construction companies that manage spend by job and cost code, nonprofits that report by fund and grant, and public-sector organizations accountable for every taxpayer dollar. We are hiring a Lead Product Marketing Manager, Verticals to turn those differences into a durable growth advantage. You will own Ramp's vertical GTM operating model, beginning with Construction / A&E and Nonprofits / Public Sector. You will decide where Ramp should invest, become the resident expert on how finance works in those markets, influence the product roadmap, and build the cross-product narratives and motions that help Ramp win. This is not a content-only, campaign-only, or sales-enablement role. You will own the full vertical business read: market choice, ICP, product readiness, positioning, pipeline, win rate, activation, adoption, attach, campaign performance, and the next product or GTM intervention. Business Systems drives efficiency across Datadog through business process analysis, systems automation and integrations, AI agent and MCP development, and vendor/software review. The team is increasingly embedded in cross-functional initiatives across People, Finance, GTM , Legal, Recruiting, and Technical Solutions — translating ambiguous business problems into scoped, buildable solutions and owning delivery end-to-end. This is not a generalist BSA role. Each Senior BSA will own a cluster of business functions end-to-end, acting as an internal product manager for their domain rather than processing inbound requests reactively. There are two openings, each covering a different domain: People, Recruiting, Legal or Finance, GTM, Procurement As the role evolves alongside AI, Senior BSAs leverage agentic tools for data aggregation and context gathering while remaining the critical human-in-the-loop layer — owning business context and product outlook, validating use cases, managing stakeholder relationships, and making the judgment calls agents can't. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Discovery and scoping: Translate ambiguous asks from business stakeholders into well-defined requirements that Business Systems Engineers can build against. Many stakeholders don't know what they want or the cross-functional impact of what they're asking for — you surface both before engineering begins. Cross-functional visibility: Identify dependencies, downstream impacts, and integration considerations that requesting teams miss.
