ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're hiring a Product Data Scientist to establish how product decisions at Baseten are made with data. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering, alongside GTM to determine measurement, strategy, experimentation and implementation. This is a foundational, hands-on role. You'll define what success looks like across a technical, usage-based platform and turn ambiguous questions into analyses, forecasts, and experiments that shape product strategy. You'll work from clickstream and product events through inference telemetry and observability data, helping Baseten make faster decisions about reliability, performance, adoption and developer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner directly with Product and Engineering: frame the questions that matter, define success criteria, and turn analysis into roadmap, launch, and prioritization decisions. Define how product success is measured: establish metrics across activation, adoption, retention, expansion, reliability and user experience. Support experimentation and launches: design measurement plans, analyze A/B experiments and controlled rollouts, and translate results into product decisions. Diagnose reliability and scaling behavior: join customer signals with request, replica, deployment, and cluster telemetry to find patterns in release bottlenecks, unhealthy replicas, and models without traffic. Define the enterprise customer journey and measure feature adoption

About the Team Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is foundational to Security delivering mission outcomes at OpenAI. The GRC team provides security assurances and builds compliance for OpenAI’s technology, people, and products. We are technical in what we build but operational in how we do our work, and we partner deeply with Product, Security, Legal, Privacy, GTM, and Field Security to help OpenAI move quickly while maintaining trust with customers, auditors, regulators, and the public. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Lifecycle Assurance IC to help scale OpenAI’s GRC function across our product stack to ensure products address customer and regulatory compliance requirements at launch and regressions are detected promptly and corrected. You will partner closely with Product, Security, Legal, and Privacy teams to make sure OpenAI can move quickly while maintaining our security, privacy and compliance claims and giving customers, auditors, and regulators assurance about how OpenAI handles user data. You are responsible for product assurance end-to-end from inception to post-launch (continuous) monitoring. You leverage existing workflows, reviews, and data and enhance, augment and build the components needed to create an end-to-end product assurance program. This role is not about supporting SOC or ISO audits; it's a highly cross-functional and deeply technical operations role to ensure that OAI products meet the compliance bar at launch, regressions are prevented and detected, and our compliance state can be evidenced. This role also helps ensure that our product launch governance program operates effectively across key safety, privacy, legal and security stakeholders and lessons-learned from incidents and regressions are used to improve the program. You or in partnership with engineering teams, build key controls in our infrastructure stack, developer workflows and launch tooling to provide developers with guardrails, perform CI/CD confor

B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. Meanwhile, the best product companies have raised everyone’s expectations for what business software can feel like: fast, opinionated, elegant, and genuinely useful. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward. They should have a bench of AI teammates that understands the account, knows what good looks like, and gets sharper every week. We’re looking for a founding staff designer to define what that feels like. This is not a role where you plug into a mature design system, clean product rituals, or a settled category. You’ll help invent the product language for AI-native GTM software: the interaction model, the creative standards, the feedback loops, the system, and the taste bar for what the agent produces. The design problem Our job is to make AI output that a great seller, marketer, or designer would actually be proud to put in front of a million-dollar account. That requires more than a chat box. It requires data, memory, taste, brand intelligence, workflow design, and a UI simple enough for every rep to use daily but powerful enough to support an entire revenue motion. Some of the questions you’ll help answer How should a seller direct an agent without becoming the agent’s project manager? How do we make generated work feel on-brand without making it dull? What does editing look like when the object is not a static page, but an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn? How do we give users confidence and control without burying them in settings? How do we turn taste into a system the product can improve over time? What you’ll work on P

About the Team The Startup Growth team is building the systems, programs, and automation that enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. We need to make it dramatically faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions without bespoke infrastructure for every program. About the Role The GTM Growth Programs Lead will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. The role will initially own credit and commercial programs while using that work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions. The goal is not to centralize program ownership: teams closest to startups should continue to identify, incubate, and own growth motions. This role will build the operating system that makes them dramatically better and faster at doing so. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build the GTM program platform for Startups. Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs, automate work across the program lifecycle, and make each subsequent motion faster to launch. Own credit and commercial programs. Drive credit/commercial strategy and evolution while turning capabilities such as audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks. Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion. Turn “we need to increase X” into targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions. Build leverage throughout the team. Enable ADs, VC Partnerships, and other Startup GTM teams to incubate and own programs independently rather than routing every motion through centralized operations. Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks and capabilities. Establish common approaches to sizing, economics, attribution

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You will build the layer that makes Vanta's data actually useful: a single interpretive layer that reads across every source of truth and makes them queryable, reasoned-over, and genuinely illuminating — for EPD, for GTM, and for anyone in the org trying to understand what's happening and why. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. We're constructing three interlocking layers: sources of truth at the foundation, an operating system that makes delivery legible, and the intelligence layer that reasons across all of it. This role owns the intelligence layer — the one that doesn't exist yet. This is a builder role. You will ship working things yourself — prototypes, internal tools, agent workflows. You will not hand specs to someone else and wait. Communication isn't a separate deliverable; it's how you learn what to build.
