Topgolf is looking for a Unity Developer to join our Games team and help build the next generation of interactive experiences played by millions of Guests across our venues. This role sits at the intersection of game development, real-world sports, connected venues, and large-scale entertainment technology. You will build and ship Unity-based games and experiences that run in Topgolf bays, using ball-tracking data, venue systems, real-time scoring, and engaging game mechanics to create fun, social, competitive gameplay. You will work closely with game designers, artists, UX/UI designers, QA, product owners, and platform engineers to deliver high-quality games from prototype through national rollout, with guidance from senior engineers on more complex technical decisions. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Unity games and interactive experiences for Topgolf venues. Build gameplay systems, UI, animation, scoring, camera behavior, effects, and game-state logic. Integrate Unity games with internal Topgolf services, APIs, tracking systems, configuration tools, and venue hardware, with support from senior engineers on architecture decisions. Work with designers and product owners to turn game concepts into playable prototypes and production-ready experiences. Collaborate with artists and technical artists to implement assets, shaders, VFX, animations, and performance-conscious visuals. Support QA by fixing bugs, improving testability, and helping diagnose issues found in venue and local test environments. Write clean, maintainable, well-structured C# code and contribute to code reviews. Help improve build, deployment, and development workflows where needed.
