As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. This role owns a core set of the platforms the field runs on. You'll administer, configure, and continuously improve them, build AI and automation on top of the CRM to keep it clean and current, and run the adoption programs that make sure the field actually uses what we put in front of them. We're an AI-native company scaling fast, and we want to add sophistication without adding drag — you'll be the person deciding how much system is enough. This isn't a classic Salesforce admin role. You know the ecosystem, but you come at it as a builder and an orchestrator, not a ticket-taker. What You'll Walk Into Central RevOps is the systems and operations center of excellence for Baseten's GTM org. The stack includes Salesforce, Pylon, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay, and a growing set of AI-native GTM tools. The field is scaling fast, and the systems need to mature with it without slowing anyone down. You'll co-own Salesforce with our other GTM Systems Manager and work alongside a GTM Engineering team who builds internal AI products for GTM productivity — plus partner closely with sales leadership and the field. Responsibilities Own adminship, configuration, and enablement for Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. These platfor

By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site. This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site. Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production. Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle. Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft. Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten. Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar. Turn complex

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Automation - Foundations team, you will lead the re-platforming of the data layer underneath Vanta’s entire compliance product. This is a migration that spans multiple teams, has to preserve every public API contract along the way, and cannot lose a single customer’s evidence while it happens. Foundations is Vanta’s data platform team. We ingest security and compliance data from across our customer’s environments, currently tens of thousands of resources per second, with single-customer bursts running into the millions. We store the data, catalog it, make it queryable, and turn it into evidence that has to survive a real SOC 2 or FedRAMP audit. We are in the middle of moving our platform from a Mongo-centric architecture to a schema-aware, Postgres-backed architecture, on a Kafka and S3 pipeline that decouples data fetching from processing. Both pipelines run in parallel today, the hard problems here are correctness under migration, eventual consistency, and multi-tenancy, in a domain where “mostly right” is not an acceptable failure mode. Visit our Vanta Engineering Blog to learn more about what our team is working on. What you'll do as a Staff Software Engineer at Vanta: Lead the migration of Vanta’s resource data model from a Mongo-centric solution to a schema-aware Postgres-backed solution and running both generations in parallel without breaking a customer integration. Drive solutions across teams that you do not own but are dependent on the platform built by your team. Design for correctness under eventual consistency with idempotent session handling, conditional writes that survive out
