About the Team The People Operations team owns the systems, processes, and programs that make the employee lifecycle run — from day one through every transition in between. We believe that clean data, simple workflows, and well-designed technology are what let the rest of the People & Talent function do its best work. About the Role We're looking for a People Operations Manager who can look at a messy, ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear plan — then execute it. Day-to-day, you'll own our HR technology stack, lead process transformation across the employee lifecycle, and serve as the go-to partner for Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team when something needs to be built, fixed, or rethought. You'll work directly with vendors, HRBPs, and leadership to make sure our operations are scalable, compliant, and actually simple to use. In the first year, success means moving us from where we are to where we should be: better-configured systems, documented processes, and a team that trusts what's in our tools. Responsibilities Lead HR operations programs end-to-end — define scope, owners, milestones, risks, and success measures, often starting from an undefined brief. Serve as the primary functional owner for core People technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance tools), including configuration, upgrades, and feature evaluation. Lead technology deployments, platform conversions, and module rollouts, coordinating across IT, HRIS, and vendor teams. Research and benchmark HR technology trends to build and maintain a People tech roadmap that supports scale. Apply AI and e

You'll work independently on ambiguous, cross-functional problems, like a new country launch, a plan redesign, or an M&A integration, and turn them into clear, workable plans. People across HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams will look to you as the person who understands both the details and the bigger picture of how benefits decisions affect our people and our business. This role doesn't manage people directly, but it does lead initiatives that span multiple functions and calls for confidence making decisions without a fully defined brief. Responsibilities Lead the design and ongoing improvement of health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across multiple countries, balancing local requirements with one consistent philosophy. Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives, such as country expansions, M&A integrations, and plan redesigns, by defining the problem, identifying the right stakeholders, and choosing an approach without a fully written brief. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp wins when our customers win. Ramp’s customer base is scaling rapidly, spanning more businesses, more users, and more use cases across increasingly complex finance operations. At the same time, our expanding product surface area — from cards and expense management to bill payments, procurement, vendor management, accounting automation, and emerging products — is creating more nuanced customer needs and more cross-functional support moments. AI is changing what is possible in parallel: giving CX new ways to route, resolve, and guide customers, while raising the bar for where human judgment, specialization, and consultative support matter most. We are hiring a Director to lead a critical part of our omni-channel Customer Experience organization: the teams and leaders serving customers across Phone, Email, and Chat. You will lead within a 24/7 customer operation, ensuring the right coverage, leadership, and customer experience across channels. This role is accountable for the performance of its channel portfolio, helping customers ge

TPMs at Datadog see the problems hiding between teams, engineer away the work that shouldn’t require humans, and drive the company’s most technically complex and consequential bets to completion. About the Role Technical Program Management at Datadog operates at the intersection of engineering depth and organizational reach by driving high priority, cross-functional programs that are too complex and consequential for any single team to own. We partner with engineering on solving deeply technical problems at scale by connecting the people, decisions, and context to move Datadog's most important work forward. We build the systems and automation that make entire classes of program work self-executing. We are in the architecture conversation early, earning trust through technical judgment. We use AI to surface risks earlier, accelerate program execution plans, and find cross-team patterns that would otherwise stay hidden. The faster teams move, the more essential it is to have someone who can operate across them. What we expect These are the expectations we hold for every TPM at Datadog. Technical depth, product domain expertise, and AI systems literacy; knowing how AI solutions work, where they fail, and the scope and impact of those failures. AI brings more complexity into the picture - the technical bar is higher, not lower. Build the systems that reduce the need for coordination Identify what matters before anyone asks, and automate the rest Engineer program lifecycles end-to-end See what no single team can see and own the solution Drive the company's most technically complex and consequential bets through cross-functional agreement, organizational visibility, and influence Build AI powered automation tools and deploy them at every stage of program execution What you will do See Across: Identify What No Single Team Can See Own large cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering orgs, product, and business functions Proactively surface systemic risks, cross
