About the Team The Industrial Compute team is responsible for building the physical infrastructure that powers OpenAI’s largest-scale AI systems. We design, deploy, and operate next-generation compute infrastructure across a rapidly expanding global footprint, combining OpenAI-owned infrastructure with strategic cloud and infrastructure partners to support frontier AI workloads. As our infrastructure footprint grows, operational excellence across third-party providers becomes increasingly critical. Our team ensures external infrastructure partners consistently deliver the reliability, performance, and operational maturity required to support OpenAI’s rapidly expanding compute environment. About the Role We are seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Partner Operations to lead operational delivery across OpenAI’s third-party infrastructure partners, including major cloud service providers and strategic compute vendors. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational program manager for external infrastructure partners, driving accountability for service delivery, operational readiness, incident management, performance reporting, and continuous operational improvement. You will work closely with partner engineering and operations teams while coordinating internally across Hardware Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Capacity Planning, Networking, Supply Chain, Deployment, Reliability Engineering, and executive leadership. Success in this role requires someone who understands how hyperscale infrastructure organizations operate, can establish strong operational governance with external partners, and is comfortable driving complex technical programs without direct ownership of the underlying infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Own operational engagement with third-party infrastructure providers, ensuring consistent execution against operational commitments, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance expectations. Datadog’s Cloud Observability group is one of the core data retrieval and processing groups powering our foundational product, Infrastructure Monitoring. The group’s scope includes integration with all major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), as well as both regional and GPU-specific cloud providers. As Director, you will own engineering for all clouds, generating more than 10 million metric points per second, managing ~40 engineers through a team of Engineering Managers. You’ll partner with Senior Directors and product leadership to shape the roadmap, not just execute against it, managing the growth of one of Datadog’s foundational teams. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. About the Team OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization is building the world's most advanced AI infrastructure ecosystem. In partnership with leading cloud providers, hardware manufacturers, utilities, construction partners, and internal engineering organizations, we are delivering hyperscale AI campuses that power the next generation of frontier AI models. Infrastructure Delivery Operations sits at the center of this effort. Our team develops the operating model that connects infrastructure strategy, supply planning, manufacturing operations, and delivery into a single, integrated system that enables OpenAI to deploy AI infrastructure predictably at scale. We partner across Hardware Engineering, Network Engineering, Capacity Delivery, Hardware Operations, Security, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, and external infrastructure partners to create a single, integrated view of program health. Through governance, operational analytics, executive reporting, and scalable operating mechanisms, we enable leaders to proactively manage risk, optimize capacity, and deliver infrastructure predictably at Industrial Compute speed. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Delivery Operations to drive integrated strategy and delivery across OpenAI's rapidly expanding AI infrastructure portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure strategy, New Product Introduction (NPI), supply planning, manufacturing operations, and infrastructure delivery. You will lead highly cross-functional programs spanning engineering, supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, construction, commissioning, and operations, ensuring technical and operational dependencies remain synchronized from planning through production readiness. Beyond driving program execution, you will leverage operational insights to improve capacity planning, infrastructure strategy, and deployment readiness. You will also help operationalize new technologies and suppliers by partnering w
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Cloud Partner Solutions Engineering team's mission is to support co-sell objectives with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partners by driving customer success through use case wins and go-lives, product integration launches, field enablement, and joint marketing campaigns and initiatives. As a Cloud Partner Solutions Engineer, you will own one or more hyperscaler partnerships end-to-end — combining deep technical credibility with the business acumen and program management skills to translate that technical work into measurable partner and customer outcomes. This is not a purely technical role and not a purely functional one: success requires you to be equally comfortable architecting a cross-cloud Iceberg solution with a partner SA team and leading a joint executive business review with cloud partner and Snowflake field leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner Strategy & GTM Program Ownership • Own the overall joint GTM strategy and execution plan for your assigned cloud partner(s), aligning Snowflake's field priorities with cloud partner co-sell programs and market initiatives. • Build and manage a portfolio of cloud partner product integrations and joint solutions — from business case through launch — ensuring each delivers measurable field and customer value. • Deve
We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our CSP Engagements team as the technical focal point for GPU firmware and GPU system software, working directly with engineering teams of key CSP / hyperscale customers to ensure they can reliably manage, update, and operate NVIDIA GPU firmware at fleet scale. You will drive work streams with engineering teams of key CSPs/hyperscale customers to build shared understanding of GPU firmware and system software integration, incorporate their feedback into NVIDIA's feature roadmap and delivery plan, and ensure customer-side automation and recovery procedures are ready before each firmware release. Your cross-CSP visibility enables you to identify patterns in GPU firmware operational challenges that drive systemic improvements no single customer engagement could surface alone. What you'll be doing: Drive GPU firmware & siftware work streams with CSP engineering teams — ensuring they understand GPU firmware architecture (VBIOS, InfoROM, microcontroller firmware), update sequencing, recovery procedures, and GPU power management Gather and synthesize CSP feedback on GPU firmware/software — covering manageability, observability, security requirements (e.g., multi-tenancy isolation, secure boot, attestation), and performance — and champion those priorities into NVIDIA's GPU firmware/software feature roadmap and delivery plan Drive GPU firmware update orchestration for large-scale deployments — multi-GPU update sequencing, rollback strategy, failure handling, and validation across hundreds of GPUs per rack Serve as the technical focal point between NVIDIA and CSP firmware/software engineering — ensuring GPU behaviors (error recovery flows, thermal protection, power state transitions) are well-documented and accessible for customer integration Identify cross-CSP GPU SW/FW issue patterns — common update failu
