The Senior O365 Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise, with deep experience spanning the full Microsoft platform. This role delivers and maintains identity, security, and collaboration solutions including single sign-on (SSO) applications, app registrations, conditional access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Work includes configuring secure access controls, governing data and collaboration workloads, and automating administration through PowerShell and scripting. You will support service health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across Microsoft 365 workloads while partnering with security, infrastructure, and business teams. Through strong platform stewardship and cross-platform expertise, the engineer contributes to a secure, well-governed, and highly available Microsoft 365 environment.
