You will own the data Vanta's EPD organization actually runs on — bringing new signal sources online, standardizing them at the point of ingestion, and building the systems that make the underlying data trustworthy rather than merely stored. The EPD Systems team is building the infrastructure Vanta's engineering, product, and design organization depends on to understand itself. Not by asking teams to be more diligent but by going to the source, processing it, standardizing it, and pushing value back out so each source of truth earns its own adoption. What you’ll do as a Operations Manager, Signal Systems at Vanta: Bring new signal sources online end to end — from discovery and scoping through ingestion, standardization, and live operation Identify the specific failure modes in each information source and build systems that mitigate them at the point of ingestion Go to the teams that produce and consume a signal, understand what the information actually means and what they need back from it, and build accordingly Replace human-diligence dependencies with engineering solutions: derive fields, pull from source systems, validate at write time Build alongside teammates who are growing into building — raise their technical ceiling, not just your own output Partner with the inference and systems layers to ensure what you produce is queryable, trustworthy, and ready to build on How to be successful in this role: You look at a data source and see its failure modes before its contents: where it lies, where it goes stale, where it's duplicated, where the schema won't hold at 10x Your first move on an adherence problem is an engineering an

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: Fraud & Safety Investigations (FSI) is at the heart of keeping Airbnb safe for the millions of hosts and guests who trust our platform every day. As part of Global Operations, FSI investigates and enforces on fraud and safety cases across the full user lifecycle — from account creation to post-stay — leveraging a team of internal and partner agents operating 24/7 across the globe. We're entering a new chapter: building AI-native, self-service operational infrastructure that lets our teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus their energy where it matters most. The Difference You Will Make: We're building a new team — Scaled Services —focused on the foundational capabilities that the entire FSI organization depends on: how we launch, how we measure quality, how we build tools, and how we use data. As the Senior Manager leading Scaled Services, you'll be on the FSI leadership team and report directly to the Director of Fraud and Safety Investigations. You will lead three teams spanning scaled implementation, data & internal tooling, and quality assurance and standards. This is a high-impact and leadership role: the process, tools, and systems your team builds and governs enables our global operational team to make the right decisions for our Airbnb community. You'll own three outcomes for the org: Scaled infrastructure: Build the tools, automated data models, and automated workflows the entire org needs to function. Self-service velocity: Create shared AI-ready data, metric definitions, and self-service infra so every domain and agent can move faster without dep

THE ROLE We're looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to own billing, contract review, and revenue recognition as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the revenue cycle at a company where deal structures are getting more complex: usage-based pricing, committed capacity, credits, multi-year enterprise contracts, and new business models coming online. You'll join Lauren, who built Baseten's quote-to-cash function from the ground up, to take on billing, contract review, and revenue recognition as deal volume and complexity grow. Having completed our first year-end audit, we're now focused on tightening contract review processes, close procedures, and reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You'll partner closely with Lauren, FP&A, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to make sure every deal is structured, billed, and recognized correctly from day one. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can own and harden the systems layer of Baseten's Marketing engine. Marketing at Baseten is scaling fast — more spend, more campaigns, more model launches, more inbound. The systems underneath (Our ESP, CRMs, forms, tracking, routing, alerting) need an owner who treats them like production infrastructure that cannot go down. When something breaks, it costs us time, pipeline, and trust in the data. This role exists so it doesn't break. You’ll simultaneously build for the future and re-think assumptions about our tech stack in the age of agents. This is an offensive play that gives the rest of the team leverage and superpowers to hit our ambitious goals. This is NOT an IT or service role. This is a core member of the marketing team who implements technology to achieve outcomes. RESPONSIBILTIES Own the marketing tech stack end-to-end: ad platforms, email systems, tracking, pixels, forms, connectors. Build defense-in-depth on inbound: spam/bot protection, rate limiting, email/domain validation, sync gating — and the alerting to catch anomalies before they hit sales or leadership dashboards. Enforce data integrity: UTM governance, campaign membership, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and routing logic, field-level hygiene, canonical metric definitions. Operationalize the web request pipeline with our dev agency: structured briefs, tickets, SLAs, and launch-day runb

You are a people-first leader with a strong cloud infrastructure background. You set a high bar for reliability and operational excellence, engage credibly in technical discussions and code reviews, and know how to build a culture of ownership and accountability.
