About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Shipping great software is only half the battle. Getting it to the right customers, at the right time, in the right way, is where the real complexity lives. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline: the moment a feature is built to the moment it's successfully in customers' hands. This person will define what "good" looks like for product launches at Sentry, building the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that make every release more intentional, more coordinated, and more confident than the last. The foundation is there. Features ship. But the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and Sales needs someone who can see the whole system, diagnose what's broken, and build something durable. That's this role. If you're energized by ambiguity, love designing operating models, and want real ownership over a function that touches every team in the company, this is a rare opportunity to define the craft at a company that takes software quality seriously. What You'll Do Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry: the gates, the playbooks, the decision rights, and the rituals. You're not inheriting a fixed process; you're authoring it. Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to how Sentry uses early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts. Make sure the right customers get the right features at the right time, and that we're learning from every rollout. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Be the central coordinator who ensures Engineering,

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role The Platform org at Sentry is the engine that everything else runs on, spanning developer platform, core infrastructure underpinning the product, SRE, security, and IT. It's a broad, technically complex, and deeply consequential organization. We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager who can operate at the intersection of technical depth and strategic execution: someone who thrives in complexity, builds trust with senior engineering leaders, and has a gift for turning ambiguity into clarity and momentum. You'll report to the Head of Technical Program Management and work closely with the VP of Platform Engineering, their staff, and partner teams across Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD). This is a high-visibility role with real influence. You'll work directly with the CTO and senior leaders, shape how the Platform org operates, and help Sentry scale through one of its most important chapters. In this role, you will: Drive strategic execution. Partner with the VP of Platform Engineering and senior EPD leaders to translate priorities into clear, measurable plans. Own sequencing, milestones, and key decisions, and make sure leadership always has reliable visibility into progress and tradeoffs. Build data-driven delivery health. Establish the metrics and dashboards that reflect delivery confidence, risk, and engineering health across the Platform org. Keep planning and reporting high-signal and lightweight, focused on outcomes rather than activity. Manage capacity, dependencies, and risk. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Sentry provides developer-first observability to over 4 million developers worldwide. The Events Analytics Platform (EAP) team is at the heart of that mission: it powers how all of Sentry's event data, such as errors, transactions, spans, profiles, replays, and metrics, is stored, queried, and analyzed. It also powers Sentry's latest AI push, Seer. The EAP team makes it possible for developers to efficiently search and debug across massive volumes of data, providing the context needed to understand and fix issues quickly. This team is also a cornerstone of Sentry's long-term strategy to become a context assembly and telemetry platform that unifies different signals so developers can see the complete picture. As an engineering manager on the EAP team, you will lead a group of engineers building and scaling one of Sentry's most critical data platforms. You will be responsible for driving architectural evolution, ensuring system stability, and mentoring a talented team. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct ties to Sentry's long-term product and platform strategy. What you'll do Grow and develop a team of engineers with high expectations for ownership and impact Set the technical and strategic direction for the team, balancing short-term stability with long-term architectural evolution Drive development of core EAP features, including support for complex analytical queries, dynamic routing logic across fidelity levels, storage and compute separation, and modern patterns for analytical storage Ensure EAP can support the workload demands of AI agents and MCP servers that unlock new AI capabilities fo

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Sentry provides tools that help developers find and fix issues in their applications. The Developer Infrastructure team owns the systems that make every engineer at Sentry more effective at shipping high quality software: developer environments, CI/CD for our open source and closed source codebases, the golden path for building new services, our SDK and library publishing tooling, and the metrics and dashboards that keep it all healthy. Our goal is straightforward: developers should spend their time thinking about the software they build for customers, not the software they use to build it. That means everything from local and cloud development environments, to the CI/CD pipeline that gets code out safely and quickly, to the tooling that catches flaky tests before they cost someone a day. As AI coding agents become part of how engineers work, we're also investing in making sure our environments, CI, and deployment systems support that shift. As a Software Engineer on Dev Infra, you'll help build and scale this infrastructure end to end. In this role, you will Build and maintain the tooling that powers local and cloud-based developer environments Improve CI for our codebases and CD for our deployment pipeline, keeping both fast and reliable as the org and its infrastructure grow Define and evolve the golden path for building new services and libraries at Sentry Contribute to our SDK and library publishing tooling and release processes Build the metrics, dashboards, and flaky test detection that give the org visibility into deployment health and CI reliability Build tooling that gives engineers, and the AI codin

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America and Europe, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship. Over the last year we’ve made a lot of progress producing quality content and messaging, and we’re now looking for someone to help us distribute it to the right audiences. As Demand Generation Lead, you’ll own how future customers find and first experience Linear, across web, search, and paid media. Your objective is to build awareness and pipeline, particularly with larger companies. It’s likely this role will operate and feel a little different to what you might find elsewhere. Linear is a very brand forward company, so there will be scenarios where we have to turn down seemingly great opportunities to protect perception. We’re unlikely to ever use retargeting pixels and gated content, for example. We’ve got a basic demand motion in place today but we’ve barely scratched the surface. As the first demand generation hire, you’ll own the strategy and lead on delivering it. The marketing team is small but has an outsized impact, and we intend to keep it that way. You’ll have real influence on how Linear grows, and you’ll be encouraged to take ownership and deploy tooling and practices that help you be more effective. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in the US and Europe. You can work from anywhere within those regions. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional momen
