About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team Internal Analysis is the data team at Mixpanel — the team that turns data from every corner of the business into the decisions that shape our product and our growth. They own the full path: from raw data in source systems, through a governed warehouse, to the models, metrics, and insights leaders across the company act on. It's two complementary disciplines under one roof. Our Analytics Engineers own the data end to end — ingesting from source systems, modeling through a medallion architecture on BigQuery, and producing the trusted tables and reporting artifacts the rest of the company runs on. Our Data Scientists build on that foundation, partnering with Product to refine the user experience and with GTM to sharpen how we grow — inspecting signals, running experiments, and surfacing the insights that change what we do next. About the Role You'll lead this team — and help shape Mixpanel's data culture. We're looking for someone who can influence the organization to become more metrics-driven: establishing clear KPIs, helping teams define success upfront, and ensuring analytics and data science are engaged as strategic partners from the start of an initiative, not brought in at the end to validate decisions already made. As we grow the data organization's remit across the company, this role has the scope to establish practices that don't yet exist, KPI ownership, cross-functional operating rhythms, a shared standard for what 'data-driven' means here, and where AI belongs in both how the team works and what the platform delivers. It takes building real trust with cross-functional leaders to

Your opportunity Every company shipping AI right now has the same problem: they can't see what their AI is actually doing in production. New Relic is building the answer, AI Observability, and it's one of the company's top strategic initiatives. We're running it like a startup inside the company: small teams, fast iteration, direct executive sponsorship, and a mandate to ship. As the Principal Product Manager and business owner of this initiative, you'll take it from vision through GA, then keep pushing past GA, where most of the real work actually happens, working directly with some of the largest AI deployments in the world. What you'll do Own the AI Observability roadmap and the business outcomes leadership tracks (adoption, retention, expansion), plus the parts of the job that aren't purely product: pricing conversations, exec reporting, and cross-functional escalations. Drive multiple engineering and design teams in parallel toward a coherent product vision, without formal authority over them. Partner directly with strategic enterprise customers, including their platform and infra teams deciding how to operationalize AI safely, and turn what breaks at their scale into product requirements fast enough to matter. Build working prototypes yourself using agentic AI workflows, so ideas get pressure-tested before engineering time is committed to them. The Company Delight.ai (formerly Sendbird) is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. For over a decade, we built the infrastructure behind conversations—chat, voice, video, messaging APIs—and became the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications. 4,000+ brands trust us. 7 billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users. We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands of others. We were good at what we did. Really good. We also saw it early: AI would fundamentally reshape how businesses talk to customers. The infrastructure we'd spent a decade building would become commoditized. The value would move up the stack—into intelligence, into experience, into outcomes. We had a choice: protect what we built, or reinvent ourselves. We chose reinvention. In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we'd launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to Delight.ai. The name says it all. AI's real promise isn't efficiency or cost savings. It's giving customers back something they lost—the feeling of being truly understood and cared for. Not satisfied. Delighted. The Product Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel—chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp—without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered. The Role We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative with drive, energy, and a capability for sparking conversations with prospects. You will play a critical role in our sales and marketing team by prospecting, discovering, and expanding business opportunities. You will identify the righ
