We're building the platform that lets long-running autonomous agents operate safely inside NVIDIA's enterprise. These are not assistants on a developer's laptop. They are fleets of agents deployed in the cloud, running continuously at scale on shared accelerated compute. They take on real work across enterprise systems, so people get far more done than they could before. This role defines the constructs that agents are built from: the blueprints they start from, the tools, skills, and plugins that power them against enterprise data, the runtime safety harness that keeps them in bounds, and the connections into credential management, sandbox, memory, and observability. The team designs and ships these building blocks so that agent developers across the company can stand up a new agent, wire it in, and run it for days or weeks. Security and safe execution come out of the box, not something each team has to get right on its own. Today an agent runs inside a single harness. Claude, Codex, and open-source agent harnesses each work differently underneath, with their own execution model, tool interface, and telemetry shape. The platform smooths over those differences, so a single skill, safety policy, or trace works the same no matter which harness is running. We want to enable agents that act on a person's behalf, governed and secure, continuously evaluated and self-improving. These agents coordinate and hand work off to each other, with identity and policy following every hop. They route and tune themselves across harnesses from live eval signals, and get better from their own production telemetry instead of waiting on a human to retrain them. Have you run agents on a harness like Claude or Codex and hit the walls that show up when they run for real, for days, against live systems — and wanted them to learn from it on their own? We're building the platform that solves those problems once, for every team. What you'll b

The SCG Architecture team is hiring a Senior Power Integrity Co-Design Engineer to architect and deliver di/dt mitigation across silicon, package, board, and platform. This role bridges architecture, silicon, and platform — translating product noise targets into shipped specifications, and feeding silicon findings back into the next generation's build. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking and a willingness to accept ambiguity. It also requires the ability to apply AI as a force multiplier while maintaining rigorous engineering judgment. What you'll be doing: Architect voltage-noise mitigation across the full stack — silicon, package, board, platform — and own the codesign trade-offs between them. Co-design noise features with Speed, Power, Reliability, Circuit Design , Power-Arch, ASIC, and platform teams. You're the connective tissue across the codesign web. Work with other team members to define product-level voltage noise targets, drive them to closure, and sign them off at shipment. Build and take ownership of the Sim-to-Si correlation methodology for noise. You know when a model is lying and when silicon is. Model and prototype next-gen noise features — transient sense, droop response, mitigation IP, and codify them so every future program inherits them. Lead show-stopper noise bugs during bringup. The critical issues stop with you. Drive architecture-level codesign tradeoffs across V/F Power Noise Reliability Thermal (Noise-Variation) and (Noise-to-Closure) boundary work, where the highest-leverage innovation lives. What we need to see: BS / MS / PhD in EE, CE, or related (or equivalent experience). 5+ years in silicon power integrity, voltage noise, or PDN. Deep expertise in at least one of

We work on plugins, skills, connectors, interactive apps, and open standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We make plugins easy to discover, install, and use, ensure they’re invoked at the right time, and help people find new ways to get value from them. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. If you like solving problems nobody's solved yet, this is that team. About the role You'll be Plaid's first line of defense on AI security. You'll review new AI technologies to find security risks before they ship, then design and implement the controls that close them. You'll build the guardrails, identity management, and detection systems that let Plaid use AI aggressively without getting burned. Responsibilities Review AI systems and integrations for security risk before and after deployment. Design and deploy guardrails, sandboxes, and other controls that contain what AI agents can do. Build or implement systems to track and manage AI identities, so we know what access every AI has been granted and can balance risk with agility.
