WHAT WE’RE SEEKING Are you a PGA professional who loves teaching the game as much as growing the people around you? We are looking for a Director of Instruction who can build and lead Topgolf's golf instruction platform at their venue, driving lesson volume, developing Lead Instructors, and creating programming that keeps guests coming back to grow their game. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead Golf Instruction • Coordinate, schedule, and deliver individual and group golf lessons for guests of all skill levels • Utilize swing analysis technology, launch monitors, and teaching aids in all instruction programs • Walk the tee line during peak times to market the instruction platform and offer impromptu lessons • Direct tournaments, leagues, summer camps, and player development series at the venue Grow the Instruction Platform • Grow the golf instruction program through marketing, community outreach, and partnerships • Work with the events team to promote and integrate lessons into event programming • Supervise information requests related to lesson schedules and instructional series • Develop and implement player development series ideas that drive engagement and repeat visits Manage and Develop Instructors <

Job Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area.
