What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most CS roles are graded on how few problems the customer has. You'll be graded on how much they grow. As a growth strategist at Mutiny, you'll own a book of managed accounts and become the reason teams at customers like Rippling, Uber, and Snowflake get more out of AI than their peers. CS isn't a support function here. It's how we turn early traction into the customer base that defines a category. You'll build the playbooks as you go and shape what customer success looks like at an AI-native company from the ground up. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Your book. Onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across your managed accounts. Every customer outcome runs through you. Customer expertise. Become the expert on how each customer's business works and where Mutiny fits in. Translate that into "aha" moments that move their roadmap. The AI motion. Teach customers how to use our agent-first platform to create assets that actually move the needle for their sales and marketing teams. Their team uses Mutiny because you made it obvious how. EBRs that move things. Run business reviews that tell a real story and drive action. Follow-ups that are crisp and lead somewhere. Renewals and expansion. Build the case six months before it comes

We’re looking for an experienced product manager passionate about joining this mission to lead this product opportunity. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Lead ambitious investments that rethink how customers operate and get value from their databases, diving into ambiguity, working with our customers on new models, and shipping new products and changes to existing products. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their issues, what problems are really behind those issues, and how we can improve how databases are operationalized across SRE teams, DBAs and application developers. About the Team OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization builds and operates the infrastructure required to train and serve frontier AI models. The Capacity Planning team connects rapidly changing research and product demand with the compute, networking, storage, power, data center, hardware, and operational resources required to make that demand executable. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to build and lead capacity planning across OpenAI's large-scale AI infrastructure. You will translate uncertain workload demand into clear infrastructure requirements, allocation decisions, supply commitments, activation priorities, and long-range capacity strategies. This role sits at the intersection of research, engineering, infrastructure, finance, sourcing, deployment, and operations. You will create the planning models, operating cadences, governance mechanisms, and source-of-truth systems that allow teams to understand what capacity is required, what is available, what is at risk, and what decisions must be made. This is not a finance-only forecasting or reporting role. Success requires technical fluency across the infrastructure stack, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to move consequential decisions forward when requirements, timelines, and supply conditions change quickly. Key Responsibilities Own capacity-planning processes across near-term workload allocation, quarterly execution, and longer-range infrastructure horizons. Translate research, training, inference, and product demand into compute, accelerator, cluster, networking, storage, rack, power, and site requirements. Develop scenarios that make assumptions, confidence levels, constraints, sensitivities, and decision points explicit. Reconcile requested demand against contracted, delivered, installed, activated, and workload-usable capacity. Partner with research and engineering teams to understand workload priorities, technical dependencies, utilization patterns, and changing req
About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. Safely delivering increasingly capable AI systems requires scalable technical safeguards, clear ownership of emerging risks, rigorous deployment readiness, and close coordination across research, engineering, product, operations, legal, policy, and external partners. Our Technical Program Managers lead complex, high-stakes initiatives that turn safety commitments into deployed systems and measurable outcomes. We work across model development, infrastructure, product, and operational response to help ensure our technology is deployed responsibly and cannot be used to cause serious real-world harm. About the Role We’re seeking Technical Program Managers to drive complex product, platform, and safety initiatives across ChatGPT, API, enterprise, and related deployment environments. These roles operate at the intersection of technical strategy and execution: you will turn safety and product priorities into actionable plans, influence architectural and operational decisions, and deliver durable capabilities across model, infrastructure, application, and platform layers. Depending on the role, you may enable sensitive or high-impact model deployments, integrate safeguards into cloud and API platforms, prevent violent misuse and other serious harms, improve detection and enforcement systems, create platform solutions for safety or establish new programs as risks evolve. You will partner deeply with engineers, researchers, product managers, and operational teams while communicating technical tradeoffs and program decisions to senior leadership. You bring technical fluency, product judgment, and a strong execution record. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, advocating for users and developers, balancing safety with model usefulness, and leading cross-functional work with urgency, rigor, and empathy. Specific focus areas and scope will vary by opening and level. Thi
