About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We believe that achieving our goal requires effective engagement with public policy stakeholders and the broader community impacted by AI. Accordingly, our Global Affairs team builds authentic, collaborative relationships with public officials and the broader AI policymaking community to inform and support our shared work in these domains. We ensure that insights from policymakers inform our work and - in collaboration with our colleagues and external stakeholders - seek to further regulation, industry standards, and safe and beneficial development of AI tools. About the Role As a US Congressional Lead on the Global Affairs team, you will help develop strategies and advance OpenAI’s engagement with the U.S. Congress, including developing and managing relationships with House and Senate lawmakers and staff. You will support OpenAI’s U.S. Global Affairs team in meetings, briefings, hearings and other engagements with Congress. You will also facilitate collaboration with civil society and industry partners relevant to Congressional engagement and in alignment with OpenAI’s mission. OpenAI releases industry-leading research and tools. You will face new challenges as the impact of cutting edge generative AI technologies continues to be explored and as the needs of the organization evolve. Day-to-day work may encompass anything from helping to shape strategic initiatives and policy documents to preparing our leaders for engagements with government officials or representing OpenAI in private and public forums. We are looking for a self-directed and creative individual with Capitol Hill experience, experience managing private sector and civil society relationships, plus an understanding of AI-related legislative and regulatory issues and processes. This role is based in Washington, DC and may require frequent travel to participate in meetings and events with k
About the Team Enterprise Marketing helps the world’s largest organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI. Our Executive Engagement programs bring OpenAI’s products, research, and perspective into the room with senior leaders as they consider how intelligence can be put to work against their most important priorities. These engagements are more than briefings or events. At their best, they help a leadership team understand what is changing, distinguish what is possible now from what is still emerging, and leave with greater clarity about what to do next. About the Role We are looking for a senior product marketer to shape how OpenAI’s products, research, and point of view come together in our most important executive customer conversations. You will shape the product-marketing strategy and narrative for these engagements, bringing together customer priorities, product truth, market context, and evidence to clarify what matters and help senior leaders understand what AI makes possible for their organizations. You will personally shape our highest-priority engagements while building narrative frameworks, proof, and resources that raise the quality of executive conversations across the enterprise business. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for an exceptional enterprise product marketer who wants their judgment and craft to remain close to the work. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Research, Solutions, and OpenAI executives. You will help determine not only how we communicate our work, but which ideas matter, what evidence makes them credible, and how customer insight should improve what we do next. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the customer-facing nature of the role, regular in-person participation in executive briefings and related preparation is expected and may require additional time onsite. In this role, y
About the Team The Startup Growth team is building the systems, programs, and automation that enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. We need to make it dramatically faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions without bespoke infrastructure for every program. About the Role The GTM Growth Programs Lead will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. The role will initially own credit and commercial programs while using that work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions. The goal is not to centralize program ownership: teams closest to startups should continue to identify, incubate, and own growth motions. This role will build the operating system that makes them dramatically better and faster at doing so. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Build the GTM program platform for Startups. Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs, automate work across the program lifecycle, and make each subsequent motion faster to launch. Own credit and commercial programs. Drive credit/commercial strategy and evolution while turning capabilities such as audience selection, eligibility, offer configuration, distribution, and measurement into reusable building blocks. Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion. Turn “we need to increase X” into targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions. Build leverage throughout the team. Enable ADs, VC Partnerships, and other Startup GTM teams to incubate and own programs independently rather than routing every motion through centralized operations. Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks and capabilities. Establish common approaches to sizing, economics, attribution

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. Someone who understands that the debate happening right now around AI and human creativity is one of the most consequential of our time, and who wants to be an active voice in shaping it. Less Gordon Ramsay, more Anthony Bourdain. You'd own how Synthesia shows up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Not just posting. Thinking. Helping figure out what a leading AI company should sound like in culture, and then making it happen. You'll work within brand foundations built by people who've shaped some of the most iconic companies in the world. But social is its own language and we know that. You'll have a real say in how the voice evolves.
