Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: People Leadership — Lead and develop the Facilities and General Services team, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning. Facility Operations — Manage preventative maintenance, mechanical/HVAC systems, energy conservation, and facility drawings across TaylorMade's North America sites.
