What You’ll Do: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional People programs, from ideation through execution and iteration Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to define program goals, success metrics, and roadmaps Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively driving alignment and decision-making Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams Establish program governance, reporting, and operating rhythms to track progress and outcomes Synthesize insights across multiple workstreams to inform executive-level updates and recommendations Continuously improve program management practices within the People Team Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field, preferably
