Business Partnership — Partner closely with Legal, Security, Safety, and business leaders to keep projects and daily operations on track. Environmental Health & Safety — Serve as the primary contact for audits, inspections, and local permit renewals (AQMD, water, stormwater, CUPA, CERS) and lead chemical and hazardous materials policy, storage, and compliance. Emergency Preparedness — Co-own the Building Emergency & Safety Team (BEST) with Corporate Security, including training and drills. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and timelines.
