Your mandate is to turn high-stakes customer moments into a durable business capability, one that consistently advances important relationships while preserving the judgment and customization that exceptional executive experiences require. This is a senior people-leadership role for a builder who can set direction, make disciplined portfolio choices, and create the systems and team required to deliver at scale. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Research, Solutions, Customer Success, Events, and OpenAI executives, moving comfortably between long-term design and the critical details of a live engagement. This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid model of three days in the office each week and offer relocation assistance. Given the customer-facing nature of the role, regular in-person participation in executive briefings and related preparation is expected and may require additional time onsite.
