You'll join a small design team with a lot of ownership and a high bar for craft, working across the entire Baseten product to solve hard problems for technical users. This role covers the full arc of the work: early exploration through production. You'll establish patterns that show up across the product, evolve our design system, and raise the quality bar as we scale. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead product design end to end, including research, product definition, prototypes, design reviews, specs, and final implementation.
