B2B go-to-market software has historically been where design ambition goes to die. The tools are powerful but joyless. Dense, generic, admin-heavy, and built for process more than delight. Meanwhile, the best product companies have raised everyone’s expectations for what business software can feel like: fast, opinionated, elegant, and genuinely useful. AI gives us a chance to rebuild the category from first principles. Mutiny is building the agentic GTM platform that helps revenue teams create the work they need to win. Sellers and marketers should not have to wait on five internal teams to move a deal forward. They should have a bench of AI teammates that understands the account, knows what good looks like, and gets sharper every week. We’re looking for a founding staff designer to define what that feels like. This is not a role where you plug into a mature design system, clean product rituals, or a settled category. You’ll help invent the product language for AI-native GTM software: the interaction model, the creative standards, the feedback loops, the system, and the taste bar for what the agent produces. The design problem Our job is to make AI output that a great seller, marketer, or designer would actually be proud to put in front of a million-dollar account. That requires more than a chat box. It requires data, memory, taste, brand intelligence, workflow design, and a UI simple enough for every rep to use daily but powerful enough to support an entire revenue motion. Some of the questions you’ll help answer How should a seller direct an agent without becoming the agent’s project manager? How do we make generated work feel on-brand without making it dull? What does editing look like when the object is not a static page, but an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn? How do we give users confidence and control without burying them in settings? How do we turn taste into a system the product can improve over time? What you’ll work on P
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role… We are hiring a Director of CS Operations to own the operating rhythm of our post-sales organization globally: Customer Success, Professional Services, Support & Moderation. This is a player/coach role, our first Post-Sales Operations leadership seat in North America, alongside existing EMEA coverage. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations. What you’ll be doing… Renewal forecasting and health-score inspection. Own renewal forecast methodology, accuracy, and variance analysis end to end; run the health-score and renewal-risk inspection cadence; build leading indicators (usage/adoption signals, engagement decay, ticket volume, time-to-value, save rate) that make the forecast defensible before the quarter ends. Predictive retention modeling. Build and own a rolling 12-month GRR/NRR retention model that surfaces cohort-level risk before it reaches the escalation point, not after. Post-sales process and policy. Own the customer lifecycle process architecture: onboarding stages and exit criteria, health-score methodology, QBR and renewal-prep cadence, escalation and save-play processes, and Sales-to-PS, PS-to-CS handoffs, including how expansion and renewal conflicts get resolved. As it grows and matures, the needs of the GTM stack get more sophisticated with scale — and this team exists to stay ahead of those needs. Our GTM Engineering team plays a critical role in building and maintaining the connective tissue across Baseten’s GTM tools, processes, and user experience for the field. The GTM tooling landscape is changing fast, and the teams that win are the ones that adapt and iterate the fastest. This role exists to make sure Baseten is one of them. You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that scale our GTM functions as a competitive advantage. We want someone who can walk in, audit what we have, identify what we're missing, and start shipping fast. You know when to reach for Clay and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view — on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something low-code tooling simply can't. RESPONSIBILITIES Ship AI-powered workflows for the field — build the agents and automations that give reps and managers real leverage, off-loading the manual and repetitive work. Reach for AI where it does something low-code can't. Get insights in front of reps — turn Salesforce, warehouse, and usage data into the dashboards, scores, and alerts reps
About the Team OpenAI’s Hardware organization develops AI-native silicon and system-level solutions for the unique demands of advanced AI workloads. Building on efforts like Jalapeño, the team is developing future generations of AI-native silicon and tightly integrated systems to power the next generation of frontier models. By co-designing chips, systems, tools, and methodologies, the team helps deliver faster, more efficient, and production-ready hardware for OpenAI’s supercomputing platform. About the Role You will build the model runtime within the inference engine that executes complex, frontier models at scale on OpenAI’s custom silicon. The runtime will sit between models running on the hardware and the upper layers of the cluster serving software stack, translating demanding inference workloads into efficient execution while optimizing for throughput, latency, utilization, and reliability. You will work across model architecture, distributed systems, compilers, kernels, and silicon to design a production-grade runtime comparable in ambition to systems such as vLLM and SGLang, but customized and optimized for OpenAI’s AI accelerator. Your work will shape how new model capabilities map onto the platform and how quickly custom silicon can deliver meaningful performance in production. In this role, you will: Design and implement the LLM inference runtime for frontier models running on custom silicon. Build scheduling, continuous batching, memory management, KV-cache management, and execution orchestration for high-performance inference. Develop distributed execution strategies across chips, hosts, and racks, including model partitioning, communication, and synchronization. Optimize end-to-end latency, throughput, memory efficiency, and hardware utilization across diverse model architectures and serving workloads. Partner with kernel, compiler, architecture, and silicon teams to co-design interfaces and remove performance bottlenecks across the stack. Enable new

By co-designing chips, systems, tools, and methodologies, the team helps deliver faster, more efficient, and production-ready hardware for OpenAI’s supercomputing platform. About the Role You will build the low-level device runtime that turns compiled programs into efficient, functional and performant execution on OpenAI’s custom AI accelerator. This software will schedule kernel launches, manage device memory and address spaces, coordinate synchronization, and expose reliable abstractions to higher-level runtimes and frameworks. You will work at the boundary of software and hardware, partnering with compiler, kernel, architecture, verification, and silicon teams to define interfaces and validate behavior. You will also use and improve event-based, cycle-accurate simulation to develop runtime capabilities before silicon is available, diagnose performance and correctness issues, and guide hardware-software co-design. In this role, you will: Design and implement the low-level device runtime for OpenAI custom silicon. Build kernel-launch scheduling, command submission, queueing, dependency tracking, and completion handling. Manage device memory spaces, allocation, virtual-to-physical mappings, data movement, and lifetime across concurrent workloads. Implement synchronization primitives, events, barriers, streams, and ordering guarantees that are correct and efficient. Define clean interfaces between the runtime, drivers, firmware, compiler-generated code, kernels, and higher-level execution systems. Use event-based, cycle-accurate simulators to develop, validate, debug, and performance-tune runtime behavior before and after silicon availability. Di
Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role: We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead the systems, data, and process work behind how we bill, recognize revenue, close the books, and prove our controls work. You won't be writing the code or drawing the architecture; you'll be deciding what gets built, in what order, and why it matters. This is a role for someone who wants to understand a business well enough to change how it runs: learning the objectives, processes, and system flows end to end, then shaping them into strategic technical programs with real owners, deliberate sequencing, and decisions that hold up under audit. You'll sit between Finance and Accounting on one side and Engineering, Data, and Product on the other, and you'll be accountable for making new revenue streams operable and auditable, from a pricing model on a slide to a billed invoice, a booked journal entry, and a control that passes testing. You'll report to the Lead Technical Program Manager for Data, Biztech & AI Transformation, within EPD. You'll get high-level direction and clear priorities from your manager, and independent ownership of how the work actually gets delivered
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen the systems, reporting, and operational foundation behind our go-to-market motion. You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to improve routing, automation, attribution, and reporting. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building scalable processes, and turning data into better decisions. What you’ll do here Own and improve lead routing workflows, including routing logic, SLAs, data quality, and handoff reliability. Manage lead and marketing operational improvements across Salesforce, HubSpot, and the broader GTM tech stack. Audit CRM and enrichment data to keep systems clean, accurate, and useful. Reduce manual work through better workflows, automation, documentation, and QA. Evaluate and help roll out new tools that make the marketing tech stack simpler and more scalable. Partner with Sales and RevOps to evolve systems as the business grows. Support recurring and ad hoc Marketing reporting, including QBRs, campaign analysis, marketing team requests, and KPI dashboards. Improve visibility into pipeline and funnel performance by troubleshooting data discrepancies, refining attribution, and surfacing insights. What we’re looking for 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems roles at B2B organizations. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including workflows, data hygiene, and system troubleshooting. Experience managing or improving lead routing processes, including routing logic, SLAs, ownership rules, and handoffs. Experience with B2B funnel reporting, pipeline visibility, conversion tracking, or performance analysis. A strong execution mindset, with the ability to prioritize, document, and improve systems in a fast-moving environment. Strong attention to detail and clear cross-fu

About the role For years, avatars have been something you watch. You write a script, we render a video, someone presses play. That model has taken AI video a long way but it has a ceiling. A video can't answer a question. It can't read the room. It can't role-play a tough conversation and adapt when you push back. We're changing that. Interactive Avatars listen, talk, and respond in real time; inside your product, your website, or your internal tools. You bring the logic and the language model; we power the avatar layer: the speech, the expression, the listening, the sense that there's someone actually there. It's early. Interactive Avatars is in closed beta today, and the teams building on it are pushing it into places we didn't expect - AI sales reps, always-on support agents, interactive trainers, onboarding guides. We're hiring a Product Manager to own it and take it from beta to a platform that thousands of developers build on. This is a role with real scope. You'll help define what a real-time avatar API should be, the surface developers integrate against, the experience end users feel, and the commercial model that makes it a business. You'll work directly with the engineering and research teams building
