This group falls within Special Servicing and handles asset management related functions for our (i) Low Income Housing Tax Credit ( LIHTC) investments and (ii) most complex portfolio and securitized assets, including bond transactions and revolving lines of credit. These transactions represent a significant commitment to some of Freddie Mac’s most meaningful corporate affordability objectives.
