Datadog is looking for a Social Media Manager to advance our social media program. This role sits at the intersection of content creation, strategy, and corporate communications — owning the day-to-day execution of Datadog's social presence while helping shape how social supports our broader comms and marketing mission. You'll report to our Senior Group Manager of Corporate Communications, while working in close partnership with the Senior Social Media Manager and the rest of the Corporate Communications team. This is a role for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical: you can write a scroll-stopping post and explain exactly why it worked. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Manage the content calendar and day-to-day execution across social channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Develop and execute social communication plans for product announcements, launches, global events, and other key company initiatives in partnership with communications, marketing, and cross-functional teams. Create and manage social content and programs that showcase Datadog, including employee advocacy initiatives, internal and external newsletters, and content supporting sponsored and Datadog-hosted events. Monitor social channels and engage with relevant conversations, identifying cultural moments and routing mentions that require broader support to the appropriate internal teams. Analyze social performance and translate results into actionable insights and reporting for executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with the Senior Social Media Manager and larger Corporate Communications team to continually refine Datadog’s social strategy, processes, and approach to audience engagement. Who You Are: You have 4–6 years of experience in s

TPMs at Datadog see the problems hiding between teams, engineer away the work that shouldn’t require humans, and drive the company’s most technically complex and consequential bets to completion. Technical Program Management at Datadog operates at the intersection of engineering depth and organizational reach by driving high priority, cross-functional programs that are too complex and consequential for any single team to own. We partner with engineering on solving deeply technical problems at scale by connecting the people, decisions, and context to move Datadog's most important work forward. We build the systems and automation that make entire classes of program work self-executing. We are in the architecture conversation early, earning trust through technical judgment. We use AI to surface risks earlier, accelerate program execution plans, and find cross-team patterns that would otherwise stay hidden. The faster teams move, the more essential it is to have someone who can operate across them. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What We Expect: These are the expectations we hold for every TPM at Datadog. Technical depth, product domain expertise, and AI systems literacy; knowing how AI solutions work, where they fail, and the scope and impact of those failures. AI brings more complexity into the picture - the technical bar is higher, not lower. Build the systems that reduce the need for coordination Identify what matters before anyone asks, and automate the rest Engineer program lifecycles end-to-end See what no single team can see and own the solution Drive the company's most technically complex and consequential bets through cross-functional agreement, organizational visibility, and influence Build AI powered automation tools and

About the Team OpenAI’s acquisition of io marks our entry into consumer hardware and our ambition to define the next human–computer interface. Success in hardware requires strong financial stewardship across the full product cost stack—from early design and sourcing decisions through manufacturing, logistics, inventory, returns, and warranty. Hardware Finance works across Product, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting, Systems/Data, and Finance to connect business decisions to product cost, inventory, cash, COGS, and margin. About the Role We are seeking a Hardware Finance Manager to own an assigned area of hardware COGS and inventory end to end. The initial assignment will depend on business priorities and the successful candidate’s expertise. It may include BOM and product cost, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory planning, logistics, returns and warranty, customer support, or another connected set of hardware-finance responsibilities. This is an individual-contributor role with broad scope. Prior hardware experience and deep, hands-on expertise in at least two relevant domains are required. The person will be expected to operate independently, build reusable processes and analytical workflows, and remain accountable for the analysis, judgment, and recommendations. In this role, you will: Own an assigned area of hardware COGS and inventory end to end. Own forecasting, close, and business variance analysis for the assigned scope. Provide hardware leadership with clear variance explanations, trend analysis, and forward-looking signals that connect business and supplier decisions to inventory, cash, COGS, and margin. Partner with business teams and Finance Platforms to establish the financial data, systems, and dashboards needed to support analysis. Ensure data integrity and governance through clear definitions, ownership, validation checks, controls, and review processes. Improve forecasting, reporting, systems, and finance processes so they remain reliable an

About the Role As a Technical Program Manager on Enterprise, you will lead the technical strategy and execution behind the products and shared capabilities that make ChatGPT, Codex, and future OpenAI products useful, secure, and scalable for organizations. You will translate customer needs, competitive dynamics, and product priorities into actionable plans, influence architectural direction, and deliver durable capabilities across application, platform, and infrastructure layers. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Drive technical strategy and execution for enterprise product and AI workflow initiatives, from design through implementation, launch, customer rollout, and iteration. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. Safely delivering increasingly capable AI systems requires scalable technical safeguards, clear ownership of emerging risks, rigorous deployment readiness, and close coordination across research, engineering, product, operations, legal, policy, and external partners. Our Technical Program Managers lead complex, high-stakes initiatives that turn safety commitments into deployed systems and measurable outcomes. We work across model development, infrastructure, product, and operational response to help ensure our technology is deployed responsibly and cannot be used to cause serious real-world harm. About the Role We’re seeking Technical Program Managers to drive complex product, platform, and safety initiatives across ChatGPT, API, enterprise, and related deployment environments. These roles operate at the intersection of technical strategy and execution: you will turn safety and product priorities into actionable plans, influence architectural and operational decisions, and deliver durable capabilities across model, infrastructure, application, and platform layers. Depending on the role, you may enable sensitive or high-impact model deployments, integrate safeguards into cloud and API platforms, prevent violent misuse and other serious harms, improve detection and enforcement systems, create platform solutions for safety or establish new programs as risks evolve. You will partner deeply with engineers, researchers, product managers, and operational teams while communicating technical tradeoffs and program decisions to senior leadership. You bring technical fluency, product judgment, and a strong execution record. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, advocating for users and developers, balancing safety with model usefulness, and leading cross-functional work with urgency, rigor, and empathy. Specific focus areas and scope will vary by opening and level. Thi
