In this role, you will lead complex customer implementations, drive operational excellence, and develop scalable processes that enable billions in transactions for the most innovative fintechs and digital banks. This position offers a unique vantage point across our business from product and engineering to compliance and operations allowing you to tackle meaningful challenges while making a tangible impact. In this role, you will coordinate a wide range of activities from implementing customer requirements and configuring the software to conducting technical setup and integration support with the ultimate goal of getting the customer’s solution live as quickly as possible, driving fast Time to Revenue (TTR) and provide great customer experience. In this role, you'll be the technical and strategic bridge between Lithic and our clients. You'll own complex client relationships from pre-sale through implementation, helping partners design integrations, navigate the Lithic platform, and unlock the full potential of card issuing infrastructure. Lithic is hiring for Business Operations, Program Management: a generalist role dedicated to the Program Management (PM) business line, where Lithic owns the bank relationship, handles compliance, and runs the client's card program end to end. We're expanding Program Management this year, and this person will build and run how it operates day to day, meaning the processes, reporting, and coordination across teams that today happen informally. This is a chance to build real depth in how sponsor bank partnerships and card programs work, in payments and fintech more broadly, while working directly with the Head of Program Management. Lithic's Treasury Operations team owns the movement of money across our card issuing infrastructure — network settlement, sponsor bank transfers, and the reconciliation that keeps it all provable. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of payments and fintech infrastructure, not just observe them from a reporting layer. You'll be running a critical, time-sensitive engine every day — and at the same time, working alongside the Head of Treasury Operations to improve how that engine works as the function scales.
