As the Executive Associate supporting the SVP Corporate Finance you will serve as a trusted right hand and critical resource for the SVP and their leadership team. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business exposure, offering an accelerated pathway into Hasbro’s Finance organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior executives, gain visibility into enterprise operations, and develop the skills necessary for a future leadership role within Hasbro. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. What You Will Do As An Executive Associate: Executive and Team Support Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked. Serve as a primary liaison between the SVP, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders — ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution. About the Role We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to own and execute critical activities across OpenAI’s global treasury operations, including cash management, payments, bank account management, forecasting support, controls, and reporting. Beyond day-to-day operations, this person will support Treasury leadership on high-impact projects such as M&A integrations, new legal entity formation, and geographic and currency expansion. They’ll also help build scalable, AI-enabled systems, workflows, and controls for a rapidly growing global business. This is an individual contributor role with broad scope, spanning operational ownership and building an AI-native Treasury function. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Own core global treasury operations across cash positioning, payments, bank account management, portal administration, forecasting support, and FBAR preparation. Coordinate day-to-day execution for intercompany funding, settlements, investment operations, letters of credit, guarantees, treasury close, and related accounting handoffs. About the Role We are seeking a senior Treasury Markets leader to build and lead OpenAI's investment management, FX, interest rate risk management, and debt markets capabilities. This role will own corporate liquidity investment strategy, global currency risk, rate exposure, and the design of market-risk programs across rates, FX, liquidity, counterparty, and other Treasury exposures. The ideal candidate combines CFA-level investment discipline, hands-on derivatives and capital markets execution, strong tax and accounting fluency, and exceptional executive communication.
