What You’ll Do Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers Spot and flag what isn't working such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, slow feedback and bring fixes Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation What You’ll Need 0-1+ years of coordination / admin experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to
