Datadog's Forward Deployed Engineering function is in an active growth phase, and the FDE Lead will play a central role in shaping what comes next. Working in close partnership with the Head of Datadog for Startups and Forward Deployed Engineers, and the existing FDE team, you will help define and expand the FDE framework, build out the structures and processes that allow the team to operate at scale, and extend the program's reach well beyond any single customer segment. This role sits at the rare intersection of sales, execution, program design, and hands-on engineering leadership. You are part field technical leader, part program architect, and part cross-functional connector. You will help determine what the FDE motion looks like at Datadog, contribute to its playbook, and push the boundaries of what the team can deliver. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Evolve and scale the FDE operating model end to end: engagement intake, scoping, sprint delivery, handoff back to account teams, and the success metrics (time-to-value, adoption lift, ARR influence, NPS) and reporting infrastructure that support them. Build out a catalog of FDE offerings spanning observability quickstarts, custom integration development, LLM/AI observability accelerators, CI/CD pipeline instrumentation, and cost optimization deep dives, and contribute to their pricing and business models, including free-to-paid conversion plays, paid deployment packages, and post-deployment success motions. Capture product and feature gaps uncovered during deployments, translate them into structured prioritized briefs, and partner with PM and Engineering to strengthen the field-feedback channel that informs roadmap decisions on a regular cadence. We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning and messaging and to grow adoption of MongoDB Search and Vector Search as foundational components of our platform – the retrieval layer powering the next generation of grounded AI applications and agents. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thinks like a builder. As developers architect increasingly sophisticated systems – RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-modal search experiences – retrieval has moved from an implementation detail to a core design decision. You’ll join a high-performing, globally distributed team and partner closely with Marketing, Builder Relations, Product Management, Engineering, Partners, and Sales to develop, measure, and achieve cross-functional goals. The role requires technical depth in information retrieval — lexical and vector search, hybrid approaches, embeddings, re-ranking, agentic retrieval loops, and the tradeoffs that matter in production systems — paired with the product marketing instincts to turn that depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas. Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-enabled products is a strong advantage. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or technical marketing are encouraged to apply. This person is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in application architectures and development, including agentic systems. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in the US for our hybrid working model. What You’ll Do Drive Strategy & Execution: Act as a strategic partner for high-impact initiatives that align with MongoDB’s long-term business goals in collaboration with Marketing, Developer Relations, Product

MongoDB is standing up a dedicated ISV Partnerships function, and this Director role is the leadership seat at the center of that effort. You will own the strategy and execution of MongoDB's ISV partner program across a team of partner managers, covering both industry-specific ISVs in verticals like financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, and manufacturing, and horizontal AI-native ISVs building platforms and tools that serve builders across industries. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. You will set the strategic direction for how MongoDB identifies, activates, and scales ISV partnerships, while staying close enough to the work to directly influence key relationships, shape partner agreements, and coach your team through complex deals. You will be expected to operate as a player-coach: intellectually involved in the most important partnerships, hands-on when the moment calls for it, and consistently raising the bar for what good looks like on your team. This is a greenfield program. You will have real ownership over how it is built, the methodology your team follows, how success is defined and measured, and how the function earns credibility with Sales, Product, and executive leadership. The opportunity is significant for the right leader. This role can be based remotely in the United States. What You'll Do Strategy and Program Leadership Define and own the strategic framework for MongoDB's ISV partner program, including segmentation across vertical and horizontal ISV categories, prioritization criteria, and the GTM approach for each partner tier Build and evolve the program infrastructure: onboarding processes, partner playbooks, co-sell frameworks, success metrics, and the internal operating model that connects ISV partnerships to MongoDB's revenue motion Set the vision for how ISV partnerships contribute to MongoDB's growth, and communicate that vision clearly to executive leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and

We're looking for a Director, Business Product Manager to own the business vision and requirements for this platform: the strategic counterpart to the engineering/IT team that builds it. This is a business-side role — you won't be writing code — but you need to understand PRM deeply enough to translate partner and internal stakeholder needs into a clear product vision, a prioritized roadmap, and requirements engineering can build against. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and work as the connective tissue between the partner organization (Sales Plays & Offerings, Programs, Enablement, Digital Process & AI Operations) and the engineering/IT teams who build and maintain the platform. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based anywhere in the US for our hybrid working model. What You'll Do Own the vision and strategy Define and own the long-term business vision and strategy for the PRM platform, anchored in the needs of partners and internal partner-organization stakeholders. Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances competing demands from Sales Plays & Offerings, Programs, Enablement, Digital Process & AI Operations, and field/partner-facing teams. Stay current on PRM market direction (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Workspan, Zift, Crossbeam, and emerging AI-native entrants) to inform build-vs-buy and platform ev
