At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta’s new Enterprise Resilience team is being formed to support the next era of growth by powering services that are reliable, scalable, and resilient by design. As our customer base expands and our systems scale, we need a dedicated group focused on partnering closely with product engineering teams to build and operate robust distributed systems across all of Vanta’s environments, including our new FedRAMP deployment. In this role, you’ll help define the foundations of reliability at Vanta including shaping best practices, building core infrastructure, and guiding teams as they design services that perform consistently for customers. This team will have a broad and deep impact across product engineering. Your work will influence how every Vanta engineer builds, deploys, monitors, and maintains their services, whether for our commercial environment or regulated customers with more stringent requirements. You’ll develop tools and frameworks that make it easier to detect and remediate issues, improve operational readiness, and support feature development that meets the needs of increasingly large and complex enterprise customers. Vanta engineers design and develop new product functionality and infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling, including TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, GitHub Actions, and AWS services such as Fargate and ECS. If you're excited to help define a new function, raise the reliability bar across an entire engineering organization, and build systems that scale with Vanta’s growth, we’d love to meet you. As an engineer working on NRDB, you’ll be contributing directly to the proprietary telemetry database technology at the core of our business. We own our software from top to bottom and are directly responsible for its quality and reliability. Each member of the team shares our pager rotation and will occasionally be on-call to respond to system failures; so we prioritize work that keeps the lights on and the pager quiet, in addition to the work that powers all of our new products and streams of data. If the idea of working on systems that process millions of messages per second and handle exabytes of data excites you, then you may be an excellent fit! Databases and data stores are at the center of our applications, for legacy applications and modern AI applications alike. Yet most observability and optimization approaches lack a holistic approach or application context. Datadog has been on a mission to revolutionize how databases are operated, flipping what is often seen as a black box of complexity prone to security and performance risks, into a well oiled machine enabling our builders and businesses to move faster and smarter. We’re looking for an experienced product manager passionate about joining this mission to lead this product opportunity. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Lead ambitious investments that rethink how customers operate and get value from their databases, diving into ambiguity, working with our customers on new models, and shipping new products and changes to existing products. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their issues, what problems are really behind those issues, and how we can improve how databases are operationalized across SRE teams, DBAs and application developers. Continuously refine your understanding of database management systems and datastores from SQL and OLTP based to NoSQL e.g. AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, MySQL, etc Define, build and launch the next generation of database monitoring and optimization capabilities for our customers Join a talented engineering team with a record of disrupting observability approaches to further the mission of demystifying and optimizing databases using your team’s creativity, alongside your customers’ problems, as a key resource. Collaborate with other Product teams in Datadog to maintain and improve all Datadog products, improve the seamless integration across th
Datadog's integrations are the connective tissue between our platform and the technologies our customers run in the real world. As a Sr. PM on the Agent Integrations team, you will own the vision, prioritization, and execution for 100+ integrations that run directly inside the Datadog Agent from foundational infrastructure (MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes) to the rapidly growing landscape of self-hosted AI and on-premise enterprise technologies. This is a high-impact, breadth-first role at the intersection of infrastructure observability and the frontier of AI-native workloads. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture; the relationships it builds, the creativity it brings, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Own the Agent Integrations roadmap. Determine which new integrations to build and which existing ones to improve, balancing customer demand, business impact, and engineering capacity across a catalog of 100+ technologies. Drive the expanding AI integration surface. Lead product strategy for self-hosted AI workloads, including LLM inference frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face TGI, BentoML), AI agents, MCP servers, and model orchestration tools, so Datadog customers can monitor every layer of their AI stack. Expand on-prem and hybrid coverage. Prioritize and execute new integrations for on-prem technologies including storage systems, HPC schedulers, network devices, and legacy enterprise platforms where customers run critical workloads. Build observability for ERP systems. Define and drive Datadog's strategy for monitoring enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics) covering performance, job execution health, and integration layer telemetry so enterprise customers can observe their ERP stack alongside the rest of their infrastructure.
