About the role You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to unlock our sales team. Your knowledge of sales processes will be instrumental in implementing critical systems to unlock our business goals. In this role, you’ll partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn real deal friction into durable systems: clearer processes, smarter automation, and a quoting experience that helps the team move faster with confidence. This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. About the Role: Notion is building the collaborative AI workspace teams use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build the co-marketing motion with our partners—designing campaigns that show the combined value of Notion + our ecosystem and turning partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline. You’ll work in lockstep with Partnerships, Product Marketing, and regional sales leaders to ensure partners can tell the Notion story consistently across channels.
