Greet candidates onsite in the office to provide a welcoming interview experience. Be the primary scheduling and interview planner for various Recruiters and Hiring Managers across the Robotics team. Use our tools like Ashby, Guide, ChatGPT, G-Suite, and others to uphold a timely and positive hiring experience and process. Have the ability to problem solve and adapt to an ever-changing environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Manage clear, concise, timely, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form. Handle candidate reimbursement & travel (domestic and international). Work with our Executive Operations team to support and improve candidate experience and management of senior and executive level candidates.
