This individual acts as the convener and coordinator of the bid operating model, managing the overall program calendar, overseeing program governance forums and processes, supporting coordination of new plan expansions with core strategic partners, and coordinating across executive stakeholders to ensure successful execution of a highly complex enterprise initiative.
