Under a single-umbrella of leadership, PWCAs responsibilities are focused on integrating UX research, ecosystem engagement, competitive analysis, UX workflow development, and data collection into a single operating model that improves PXA's ability to make fast, evidence-based architecture and roadmap decisions.
