Position Overview: As a key member of the Multifamily Digital Program Strategy team, the Strategic Transformation Professional will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, technology portfolio governance, and strategic program execution. This position partners closely with business and technology leaders to align strategic priorities, facilitate delivery through Agile methodologies, and ensure successful implementation of large-scale digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex programs, leading business requirements activities, supporting Agile delivery teams, and providing executive-level reporting and insights.
