ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Help develop the annual NYHQ Site Engagement plan to foster a sense of community among colleagues Plan and execute events aligned with the approved strategy to ensure success against defined performance metrics Engage with internal teams and external partners to develop a wide range of creative activities both onsite and offsite Execute communication plan in order to reach colleagues through site-wide communications (email, newsletter, Viva Engage, digital screens) Align plans to budget and monitor actual spend Create purchases orders and process invoices Work collaboratively with operational groups at NYHQ such as Global Workplace Experience, Security, Communications, Colleague Resource Groups Participate in cross-site operations network, actively sharing <span style="color:#0000
